It does as advertised. Gives me enough energy to have a great workout with 175 mg of caffeine and the bcaa help with my recovery. That’s all I need. No jitters or itchy feeling. I just want something to give a little extra push since I work all day and workout mostly at night. I still sleep at the same time as I normally do. The flavor is real good. No added coloring. I feel comfortable and safe taking this pre workout and not so worried I’m going to have a heart attack or kidney or liver failure. I take one scoop. I don’t want to rely souly on pre workout that I can’t produce my own energy and strength.

I normally buy amino energy, but in order for me to get the same amount of caffeine I have to use for scoops, which unless I buy the really big jug it goes by really quick. Amino fire is perfect. It gives you the right amount of caffeine and you can even overdose a little bit if you want 200 mg of caffeine, which is what I normally use. This product by far is superior and half the price for twice as many servings I won’t ever go back to amino energy because it’s so overpriced. This company is great. They have quality products and their FDA facilities make this product one of a kind.

The can is a bit smaller than I expected but the scoop needed is also smaller. Good value for the price.

This pre workout has the best flavor I have ever tasted. The energy it gives me is also better than most brands that I have tried. It’s almost too good to where I have to drink it early so I am able to sleep at night. This is definitely my go-to. Superior flavor and quality.

Tasted like straight sucralose. Didnt notice much of an energy boost. Immediately ordered BCAA’s in capsule form to replace this.

The flavor was great but I doubt energy blend and the BCAA content. I have ordered many products like this and I felt no boost nor does the powder looks substantial enough to contain the BCAA levels they claims. Also says made in the USA but is made by an import/export company, so I also doubt this claim. Moving on to a different product EVL BCAA Energy; I like it much better.
