I have horrible insomnia and even being on a sleeping pill doesn’t alway mean a good night sleep for me. These are great as extra aid in helping me sleep. They work quickly and I’m not groggy the next day. I really like these and reccomend them.

CHADTRA NUTRITIONALS Serene Sleep Formula
These capsules are surprisingly large (about as long as a quarter is wide and fairly thick), and the dosage is two of them, which is also surprising relative to most OTC sleepy pills, but they do a good job helping me get to sleep and keeping me out.
I think having Serene in the name is apt, because part of why these work so well is because it’s a lot easier to relax when your mind isn’t running a mile a minute, which is the effect these have. Usually anything with melatonin gives me a weird feeling in the morning, but not with these. I wake up feeling refreshed.
As mentioned, they’re oddly large capsules, but they’re easy enough to get down one at a time, and they don’t have any particular scent or taste. My bottle had an expiration date 14 months out, so even if you don’t need these that often, they’ll still retain their potency for quite a while.

I got these to help me sleep when I have trouble. These are honestly better than just melatonin because it has other things that are helpful when you are sleeping just combined into the pill. I also like that they do not taste super terrible and do not leave a film in your mouth.

I have issues sleeping through the night and I have taken this supplement numerous times but I have found no benefit from it. Please keep in mind that we are all made different and supplements work different for each of us so what didn’t work for me, may work for you.

This has a very good amount of melatonin in it and works ok but the magnesium in it is not good for me, it gives me headaches but for most people it does not. I gave this to my son in law and it worked better for him.

Took these about 30 minutes prior to sleep per the bottle instructions; they seemed to work pretty well for me as I often toss and wake throughout the night. I did not wake up too groggy and did not wake as often as I usually do during the night. The capsules are a bit larger than expected and the dosage calls for two, I had no issue with them but beware if you have trouble with larger sized capsules. The taste was a bit ‘mediciny’ to me but nothing over bearable. They did not upset my stomach or cause any other noticeable side effects. Overall, I would not hesitate to take these again for sleep support.
