The prenatal prebiotic & probiotics & postbiotics in this formula are specifically designed to heal your leaky gut so nutrients from food get processed and distributed properly into the bloodstream during digestion. When intestinal cracks or holes allow nutrients to leak out or toxins to leak into the bloodstream, pain and inflammation occur. Gut inflammation is no joke and definitely not desirable if pregnant or lactating, when you want all your body’s nutrients going to support the fetus or baby. Consuming high quality pre & postbiotics can help heal the inflammation & intestinal walls so your body can function at its best. Adding a scoop of the vegan AVAZZA powder to a smoothie or yogurt is an easy tasteless way to get the gut microbiome back on track.
Did not notice any extra flavor when I added it to my green smoothie. Very tolerable.

Even though this Avazza Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Prenatal Formula with TriBiom Formula: Probiotics + Prebiotics+ PostBiotics to Nurture & Stabilize Against Leaky Gut is meant to be a prenatal and breastfeeding formula, it is a good product to help anyone who suffers from tummy issues.
I’ve battled digestive issues all my life, so any time I get the chance to try something new to see if it helps more than others, I always give it a shot. It containing Human Milk Oligosaccharide would not deter me from better digestive health.
It also has a good amount of fiber, along with pre- and probiotics, that help with motility and fighting off bad bacteria that might be in your digestive system. It mixes well in my morning meal replacement smoothie, and I can’t detect its flavor, so I cannot comment on that.
It’s too early to tell any difference, but because it only contains good ingredients, I’m sure it can only boost my tummy health. If you have tummy issues, whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or not, I would definitely recommend adding this to your diet.

I recently tried Avazza Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Prenatal Formula and it has been a life saver! It has helped to stabilize my gut health and reduce my stress and anxiety levels. With great ingredients like TriBiom Formula, Probiotics, Prebiotics, and Postbiotics, this product really packs a punch. The Human Milk Oligosaccharides are a great touch and make it 100% vegan. I’ve felt more energized and overall healthier after taking this product. Highly recommended for anyone in their pregnancy or breastfeeding journey.

This supplement is exactly the same as another supplement that Biom makes called Diversify Leaky Gut Repair:

So you don’t have to be pregnant or nursing to use this. I would imagine that the nutrition and probiotics would be safe and helpful for just about anyone. Each scoop of this has 4 grams of fiber, plus the probiotics. The instructions say to take it mixed in chilled water. I tried that, and it wasn’t horrible (it had hardly any flavor at all), but I’m not a fan of the mouthfeel, so the next time, I put it into my morning smoothie and couldn’t even tell it was there. I didn’t have any stomach issues or discomfort at all. I’ll continue to take this.

I blend this into morning smoothies, I add some collagen to make it pop (make sure you don’t add coffee or any form of caffeine, it doesn’t bind well with collagen and will separate). It mixes well, and I like that I get my vitamins without needing to take tablets or shift from my pre-pregnancy routine. I think the fibre content is very good, and I think that will last me well into later pregnancy when things get tricky.

Let’s dive in,
So I only tried it once because I seen one ingredient is human milk and I didn’t feel so comfortable and taking it again.
However, in the one time I tried it, I noticed that it doesn’t have any odd smell, it doesn’t taste like anything and it was easy to mix in with water.

So I got this out to try, and decided to look at the ingredients. I noticed that it said human milk. I am 100% pro breast-feeding and I am actually currently extended nursing my daughter, her choice.
But I don’t voluntarily drink breastmilk. I am also not a fan of cows milk.
So I was concerned that this has human milk, and decided not to try it. The canister is nice and it also came with a little scoop. The consistency is soft and powdery and reminds me of a collagen powder I have. It didn’t seem to have any type of scent. So if you don’t mind human milk, give it a try.
