I love this detox! It cleanses me out very well. The taste is absolutely horrible tho! It tastes like pico de gallo juice lol or like onion juice lol. No stomach cramps and it seems to work within 30mins of consuming. I would suggest you do not plan any activities if you are taking this. It gives me a good cleaning for about 2days. You will definitely be running back and forth to the bathroom every 1-2mins. Just when you think you are all done NOPE here comes more waste being released lol. Keeps your colon empty and also helps with my bloating issues. Afterwards my stomach feels completely flat after being flushed out. I read the reviews and let me say, they are accurate. It stinks to high heaven, but it is also effective. Hold your breath before opening and pouring. Take a few steps to walk away to get catch another breath if you have to before you drink it. Don’t smell it. Curiosity killed the cat. Hold your breath and drink it as quickly as possible. Chase it with some pineapple juice or something to help deter the nasty flavor. I drank it at 11am. It took about 30 minutes to kick in and I was empty by 5pm. I’m sure everyone’s results will vary. Definitely don’t plan to go anywhere for the day. You’ll be having several dates with the Tiddy Bowl Man.

I’ve done this cleanse 3 times (2021, 2022 and 2024) it still tastes terrible, yet the benefits outweigh the smell and taste of this. Do NOT make any plans for 24 hours, this includes no store runs either. I definitely recommend only having water and warm/hot tea (I prefer peppermint). To help with the taste, I use both peanut butter and honey followed by brushing my tongue as well (yes the taste is that bad) but the good news is your poo won’t smell terrible, it literally smells like ginger and old flowers

Alright.. so like many of you I seen this on Tiktok. I’m about 4-5 months into my weight loss journey and on phase 1 of 75 hard. I decided I would like to try this in order to get me out of this stagnant period I am in… Let me just tell you. It’s worth every cent. I’ll just paint a picture. It’s a cold November day, you get your bottle and decide to open it. Once you pop the seal the first thing you get hit with is the worst smell ever. It smells like hot dog water and grass steamed together. I advice you not to do a smell test and just act like you are in a movie oF SAW and if you don’t drink it you will (d!3). Drinking it felt like I was getting jumped by a group of gorillas. However, I took 2 MEGAPINTS of peanut butter after and it did help with the after taste. DRINK WATER! Drink a gallon if not more. I took it around 11am and at 3:30pm the ball has dropped. Prior to my first passing, I felt like my stomach had a WWE friday night smack down happening. My stomach was growling and bubbling so much I started to question if I might be pregnant. For about two hours, I not only felt the kicks of the GreenValley detox but I heard the war cries. I had a full set done on my feet that has popped off because of how hard my toes are gripping the floors. I have one hand on the sink and one on the tub and i’ve been praying for the past 10 minutes because my bottom has turned into a faucet. I’ve only ever done a hand full of reviews on products but I have to let the next person know. Make sure you have NOTHING to do after you take this. I’ll start by saying I drink 3 Ballarina Tea at least once per week. It makes you go, is cheaper and tastes like tea. I bought this “cleanser” to help kick start a healthier lifestyle, clear my system and drop water weight. Woke Friday AM and went to the bathroom- #2. Weighed myself. Went about my day, had a regular lunch, dinner and a couple snacks. 11:15PM decided to drink this stuff. Taste is terrible. Reminds me of stomach acid vomit. It was hard to get down to the point I was gagging it back up. That triggered my acid reflux. I drank some water and took a scoop of peanut butter. Ended up having to drink a cup of Alkaseltzer to stop the reflux burning. 2:35AM woke up feeling like I needed to go to the bathroom. No cramps, no pain no gas. I peed a lot and peed a lot of dark liquid from my butt. Nothing solid passed just dark liquid. I had some water and then felt like I might go again.. Once again I passed dark liquid from my butt and nothing solid. This happened once more before I went back to bed, but all in a short time. Around 6:30AM woke again and passed the same dark liquid then back to bed till 9AMish and the same. 10:30AM weighed and was down 1 pound likely from losing all that liquid. Ate toast and had some juice then went again. Every time I drank anything it passed through my butt within a half hour or less. Always liquid never anything solid. This went on till about 2:30PM. At that point it was basically done till around 7PM when I passed more dark liquid. Then again after drinking water around 9PM same liquid passed. Woke the next morning still down that 1 pound. Stomach was bubbly so thought I may need to go again, it was squirty gas a couple times. YUCK! Throughout that day I worried I may need to go as my stomach was bubbly on and off and I was at Busch Gardens. Didn’t drink much as I was worried about passing whatever I drank like the day before. Made it through the day without issues. When I got home I was wicked thirsty and as soon as I drank water I passed it through my butt. That last time was about 6:30PM on Sunday. I didn’t feel any major energy boost or anything spectacular after using the cleanse. I do feel if I didn’t already use the tea once in a while to go then my system would likely be more backed up and then I would have had a more similar experience to the others trying this product. I think it is a laxative so will make you poo or pass what’s sitting in your colon.. so it does that for sure, but as far as giving energy or making me feel healthier it did not. I felt like ya do after you poop which is like ya don’t have to. For me I’ll stick to the Ballarina tea as I can buy 3 packages for 20 bucks and the taste is manageable. It tastes like tea while not causing my acid reflux to flair up. Shipping was fast, was packaged well, service is good and it will make you poop. Everything you drink will also pass through your butt all day. For me I won’t add it to my routine as my tea does the trick without the hassle of a whole day down or the puke taste that brings on gagging and acid reflux.
