I may not know what I’m talking about, but this doesn’t have any of the ingredients of NAD products I’ve been taking for months. Reading up on the key ingredient it appears that it can help NAD but as far as I can tell isn’t really NAD. NAD+ Boosting may be accurate, but it is not what is implied.

These are pretty good supplements to take to have the body produce NAD. Its a NAD+ booster which allows your body to more easily produce NAD. What you are consuming with this supplement is Nicotinamide Riboside (NR). Nicotinamide riboside is a NAD precursor, is converted into nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and then into NAD. Whether it works or not, it’s not easy to say, But the ingredients in general are all great ingredients with benefits to your health. I really like that the dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day. Iam only taking 1 capsule daily. This will give me 4 months worth. I don’t feel much of a difference but I am still taking as I haven’t had any negative side effects from this. It’s a good value for a 4 month supply or 2 months if you are taking 2 per day. I may increase my dose next month to see if there are any differences, overall I am happry with this product and I really like that it is made in the USA.
