I’m only on the second day with this, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness. What I can say is that this is one of the most vile tasting substances I have ever had. And I’ve had some beauts. I’m going to have to add it to juice or a smoothie in order to get it down. I drink it down in one motion so I don’t have to get the aftertaste more than once. Also, with a serving size of 8 ounces, this bottle is only good for four servings. That makes for a pretty expensive glass of bad taste. If it helps my knees, I’ll take it all back. It will be a race between cartilage production and bank account depletion.

I have been drinking this for about six months and found that this product really does do wonders. It’s such a shame that the product is so small and that you require so much, thereby making this extremely expensive!

This is a amazing product. Joints a lot less painful, I do a lot of weight training, and I notice my grip has become more stronger. And another way of testing, if the product is working, is the tips of the finger nails, become harder and stronger than before. I used to take glucosamine tablets, and notice, then, my strength and grip would be much stronger.
Then I looked more into Forever Freedom joint a more natural approach. So I thought I’d bite the bullet and try it out. And I must say it is equally as good, if not better, if you stick to the recommended dosage on the bottle, which isn’t that much, per day.
I would definitely take this product over the tablets, because it is more natural, and who knows what goes into the tablets nowadays.
