You can definitely smell them when you take the cap off. It reminds me of a high potent multivitamin I used to take in the early 2000s. You smell them, but you don’t taste them when you take them. They are easy to swallow. You do have to use these within 2 months of opening them, so keep that in mind. They will make your urine brighter, so don’t be alarmed. But overall they seem pretty good, I’ve noticed an increase in performance in the gym, must have been deficient on some things before taking these. Suggested dose is one capsule a day with food, there’s 60 capsules in the pot. It’s supports heart health, vision, vitamin deficiency and bone health.

I’m not sure why these multi-vitamins are a bright green and I can’t find anything stating as to whether it’s a dye or if it’s naturally occurring. The bottle says that these are manufactured in Pakistan and distributed by a US company. Most importantly, no stomach upset or other issues. Per the ingredient list, these capsules contain a good amount and variety of vitamins and minerals.
The listing price of $29.99 for a 60-day supply is definitely in line with comparable multi-vitamins. Keep in mind that the label says once the seal is opened, to use within 2 months.

This seems like a great multivitamin to take with a solid stack of ingredients. Has lots of Biotin, as known as B7. B vitamins are very important to me in my multivitamin.

The capsules are super easy to take. I’ve had some multivitamins in the past that were like swallowing a horse pill—this one is the total opposite. Small, smooth, and no weird aftertaste. I’ve even looked forward to popping them every morning, which is a win in itself! After a few days, I noticed that my energy levels were more stable. Nothing crazy like “I’m ready to run a marathon” energy, but I didn’t hit that usual 3 PM slump. I was just steady. I’ve also been feeling generally better, like my body’s running a bit more smoothly. I believe the combo of Vitamin C and E seems to give my immune system a gentle boost, and I haven’t felt as rundown as usual during this time of year. My skin. I won’t say it’s glowing like I’ve discovered the fountain of youth, but there’s definitely been an improvement in its overall texture. Maybe something works its magic behind the scenes. My complexion just looks a bit brighter and healthier, which I’ll gladly take! Doing their thing quietly in the background, keeping me balanced. I can’t pinpoint each one, but I trust they’re part of this overall feeling of well-being I’ve got going on. So, no, this multivitamin didn’t dramatically change, but it did make me feel a little more vital, a little more energized, and a little more like I’ve got my health in check. For something as simple as a daily capsule, that’s a solid win in my bank account.

The very green capsules are full of good stuff. One a day is recommended (and they expire two months after opening the seal, so you really need to be taking one a day without skipping days). They are quite small, which makes taking them with water is very easy. I couldn’t really taste anything so that’s a plus if you don’t like bad tasting supplements.
