I’ve already been taking a different Berberine/Chromium/Cinnamon supplement for about 4 years now.
When you are comparing tablets from different brands, be sure to check the serving size. The Supplement Facts on the Force Factor refers to TWO, while the Supplement Facts for my other one referred to only ONE.
In the recommended two tablets, this one has 500 mg berberine, 500 mg cinnamon, and 200 mcg chromium.
The other supplement I was taking has in two tablets: 1000 mg berberine, 200 mg cinnamon, 200 mcg chromium.
So the Force Factor is heavy on the cinnamon, lower on the berberine. That’s a little stingy on the berberine, in my opinion, as you may want 600-2700 mg of it, and trying to get it from these pills may give you more cinnamon than you want. I will probably use these, but then stick with my other brand.
Safety is always a concern, so I was glad to see that this is made by an American Boston-based company, and the supplements are produced in the U.S., with both imported and domestic ingredients.
Obviously do your own research and check with your doctor before starting anything new. My doctor actually recommended Berberine supplements to me to help regulate my low blood sugar. Apparently there are studies that show it is as effective as prescription Metformin.

Disclaimer – This review is not based on the actual content of the berberine in the product; This would need to be conducted by an independent laboratory. I can only review the supplement from the end user side. This review makes no claim of the actual content vs the claimed content in the product.
With that out of the way, a user should be skeptical about berberine supplements. There has been many supplement brands busted by consumer labs on their lack of berberine content. Force Factor was not included in the testing being it is such a new product. However, I will say, the company has a good record for providing the stated values.
There are a few review stating the 500mg is a low dose, but 500mg is the typical dose. Studies have recommended taking the 500mg 2 to 3 times a day. So on that note, it is the right amount of berberine. I like the compliment of cinnamon in the product and adds a little depth to one’s health profile.
The product I received was well package, and the seal was properly affixed. The product was fresh and I was unable to detect any funny colors or odors from the product inside the bottle. As far as I can tell, the product was really fresh. Basically just off the assembly line.
After taking the supplement for approximately 10 days, I have had no ill intestinal side effects or any other issues that would cause concern.
On a personal note, I do like Force Factor products as I have tested several of them at this point. I do think they come with a heavier price tag that I do not find warranted at this time. They just aren’t “proven” in my eyes to charge the rate they do.
Overall, I do like the product and I think it is worth a try if your are interested in a Berberine supplement. I recommend this product.

I’m diabetic I took 3 capsules a day like it said had no effect my sugar continued rising then I doubled up it started to stabilize my sugar so….🤔🤔
