After numerous months of issues with my blood pressure being up due to stress I was put on blood pressure medication. Each one I was put on gave me horrible side effects. It wasn’t really that bad but because of my age they were concerned. I hated feeling like I did and stopped taking them. I saw numerous commercials for this product over years and thought after researching them i wld give them a month trial since I had a doctors appointment coming up. I would either help myself or the most id be out is a small amt of money. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. At my appointment my pressure was 100% normal so I ordered more and subscribed to these. They are so easy to use. I take one in the morning and one midafternoon. I dont feel they have a smell to them. The size is smaller than Starburst candies. They are a soft chewy candie like product. I dont feel they taste like beets but I can’t describe the taste really. However I really like the flavor. They’re easy to chew and swallow. With my issue they are something I will continue to order and take on a daily basis. Highly recommend you give them a try for overall health.

I thought this was a healthy supplement until I read the ingredients and did the maths. Cleverly they don’t put the entire weight on the package but each 4g chew has 2g sugar. Not recommended!

I came across beet chewie’s in a recent trip to the USA, where I was surprised they were a thing. I Googled the research and while more always needs to be done, there does appear to be some decent early science backing beetroot for heart health. I figured I’d give them a go while I was overseas and started with the Human N brand.
When I returned home to Aus the Human N brand was tricky to get, and very expensive for a regular supplement. I went with this brand as an alternative and have been taking them for the last few months. The flavour of these is definitely not as nice as the Human N brand, not terrible but also nothing to get excited about. They do have the same active ingredients and are about a half to a third of the price, so worth a go!
I’ve been trying them in conjunction with regular running to lift my workouts, and for heart health. While I can’t say I can definitively link the two, I have been able to run further and my resting hear rate has dropped. I would recommend reading the peer reviewed research on the active ingredient before giving them a go.

I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been taking beet supplements (with my doctors approval) since I became pregnant. When I ran out recently of my previous brand I decided to give this brand a try. These are absolutely amazing, they have a very minimal smell to them (previous brand smelt like dirt) and their taste is very palatable. One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed from this brand specifically is their effectiveness with keeping things regular which is a common pregnancy complaint. I would recommend these to anyone but especially a pregnant woman who is trying to find some relief.

Flavor is very strong and first then mellows out to almost a red raspberry flavor. Not too bad. Texture, however, is going to take some getting used to. It’s gritty and has almost a crumbly feeling in your mouth. Softer than a gummy bear. Not a fan.
I’ve only been taking it for 2 days, so can’t comment on performance yet. Seems to be fine on my stomach – easy to eat and digest.
