Let me tell you- I rarely get bloated anymore. Even when I have been out partying and drinking, my stomach never bloats. I haven’t finished the bottle yet, but I’ve already lost 10 lbs.! I didn’t do anything fancy. I just ate regular meals without snacking or binging. You take 2 pills for breakfast and 2 pills for lunch. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods and beverages while taking this product.

I did not see much of a difference adding these to my diet. I was taking a different brand specifically for women and I think that one worked better for me. This was a cheap alternative to try and may be good to test out on your system, but it did not work for me as well some others.

I’m not sure if they’re working as I just started them. I’m a size US16 & hoping with exercise & portion control I’m able to fit into a 12/14. So far the only slight reduction I’ve seen is after I’ve used the bathroom, but hopefully as time passes & it helps with my digestion I should start seeing more reduction. I have used force factor products in the past and they have helped so hopefully I will see some changes within 2 weeks to a month. Will do another review for this product in 2 weeks.

These pills did absolutely nothing but made me feel bloated & heavy. The constipation was awful! Didn’t work for me. This is the kind of pill they should have samples of before a purchase. Play at your own risk….if you dare!

I used this product to suppress my appetite and it did just that. I received this product on Monday and took 2 as recommended with breakfast. I did not take the recommended dosage of an additional 2 with lunch. It kicked in within a few hours. I had a strange and somewhat jittery feeling after a few hours but definitely did not have any craving. I usually like to snack all day but was content and did not have an urge to do so. My sleep was a little interrupted with this product. I avoided taking it on Tuesday and went back to snacking. I resumed taking it on Wednesday but only took 1 with breakfast opposed to 2. I did not have any side effects with only 1 and it curbed my craving. I’ve tried many many supplements and they just do not work for me. However, this product is definitely is a winner for me. I’m happy to use a product that does what it claims to do.
