nice blend of electrolytes not just salt and sugar. much better price than a lot of other name brands and seems to work very well. flavor is a bit strong for me but that might just be me. i use more water to dilute and its fine.

I’ve tried various flavor packets and some are awful tasting (as you’ll see in various reviews). This one had a hint of lemon/lime so it was not an over bearing flavor. Could have had a tad more flavor to it but over-all, it’s drinkable and serves it’s purpose. I see a lot of people writing reviews on these various products referencing the mixing. I poured the packet in a bottle of water, shook it and it was fine.

Whenever I realize I haven’t drank much water or start to have a headache I drink one of these. The flavor is so good it tastes like a fresh lemon water and it’s even better with ice! It dissolves so easy and I love the ingredients as well compared to liquid iv. Definitely worth the money!

I’ve always been bad at drinking enough water; I just don’t care for it because it has no flavor at all. I grew up on city-chlorinated water, and believe it or not, I will drink that when we go to a restaurant in a city that has chlorinated water. The last time I saw my doctor, I told her I needed an IV port so I could just plug it in and infuse water to properly hydrate me. She said there are liquid IVs. I went home and looked them up online. The “Liquid IV” brand is rather expensive; this is much better and doable for me. I love that they have a lemon/lime flavor, as that’s the type of flavored water I buy, and that used to be my main source of water. I’m thrilled that when I drink this, it’s hydrating me more than drinking an equivalent amount of plain water.
