When I know Ill be experiencing increased stress I take a few of these in the morning. There do not seem to be any side effects from forgetting to take them on other days. They also support weight loss probably because you are not as stressed. Ive been taking these off and on for about 6 months. As always do a drug interaction check and talk to your provider.

I have been taking this for about 6 months now. I can say, my energy levels have gone up alone with my stamina. Running around with the kids and I don’t get winded as fast. As I continue to lose weight, it gives me that extra boost of vitamins that my body may have needed. Going to get tested with my family doc and see how all of my blood work shows after all this time.

I was feeling so groggy tired all the time did not want to get out of bed. I’ve been taking this for a month now. I just ordered my second bottle and I feel like it helped me a lot. I have more energy. I’m not like falling asleep at work and I feel like I have more energy to get out of bed now and do things, but I started taking iron pills along with this so I don’t know if it was a combination of both but I really like this product and like I said I just ordered my second bottle .
