I have been using these Ashwagandha for awhile but this was the first time to buy from a seller on Amazon. They were not wrapped in a square as every other time I have purchased them ( 18 months I have been using them) and the texture was definitely not the same. I will not purchase from this seller again as I have come to depend on ashwagandha and can’t take a chance on less than the real product. I didn’t notice a supreme difference from how I felt but have been using so long it’s effectiveness has increased they it’s longevity. But difference in taste, texture and wrapping make me doubt that this is the real product. 2.5 rounded up to 3.

I’ve been taking the product for 5 days and started feeing results around day 3. I’m way less anxious and feel a steady calmness. I’m sleeping better for sure!! I had been waking up and unable to get to sleep quickly, but now I fall back to sleep easily. Also I love the taste. It’s like a treat at the end of my night.

These worked really wel.l I would take them at night and I would feel so calm and sleep really good. They also taste great. The only issue I had was a lot of them had melted out of the wrapper so I had to throw quite a few away they were a sticky mess. Overall I would buy again.

I have tried several Ashwagandha products with no success. I have a hard time sleeping and suffer from anxiety. This product has totally helped me sleep. I take two before bed and I sleep and sleep soundly. It calms my .and so that I am able to sleep. It has been like a miracle for me because nothing I have tried in the past has helped. Whatever Force Factor is doing with this blend please never stop! Tastes good too! Try it you won’t be sorry. I am on my second bag and I will continue to purchase.
