This product comes nicely packaged and seem to be a great product for gifting as well. The sticks are well made and easy go tear. The material is thick and you don’t need to worry about it leaking out. Plus, 10 sticks are packaged per box and 3 boxes are inside the larger box. The flavor is nice. I was expecting more of the red ginger taste but it’s got a good mixture of taste and I think some citrus flavor in it as well. It’s on the sweeter side for me but I don’t eat sweets so seems like it would be good for anyone unless you don’t want sweet products at all. So far, I have really enjoyed taking this product.

These sticks are intriguing… there were not clear instructions in English, so we drank them straight out of the packet. I really liked the taste- it reminded me of a honey stick. My wife did not care for the taste, but she is still taking them as well. We both felt that with allergy season upon us, this did seem to help clear things out a bit, and I like the idea of boosting my immune system this time of year. We will continue to take these, recommend. I hope that this helps.

I found myself uncertain whether I should mix it with water or consume it directly. It would have been helpful to have clear directions in English or at least an easily accessible translation guide.
Despite the confusion regarding the consumption method, I decided to mix the liquid with water, and it dissolved quite well. While I cannot verify the long-term effectiveness of the product on my bronchial health, I can say that the experience was enjoyable overall.

I often find myself using a Korean product with no English on the packaging for information and guidance. It’s generally not a problem but simply requires a little research on my part. In this case, I needed to familiarize myself with Platycodin D in particular. I am already know certain other ingredients, and together this mix is exactly the sort of supplement I need, especially for expelling phlegm and reducing the coughing it causes, especially during certain allergy seasons. I discovered that Platycodin D (from the white balloon flower) is said to offer help with hypotension, lipid reduction, atherosclerosis, inflammation, cough and phlegm relief, promotion of cholic acid (bile) secretion, and acts as an antioxidant. I should probably learn to read Korean.
Not knowing exactly how to take this supplement, I mixed it in an espresso cup with about two ounces of filtered water, which makes a pleasant and palatable little shot. I imagine it could also be consumed directly from the “stick” itself. In any case, this is the right thing for me to be using these days.

There is a mildly sweet, herbal taste. It tasted good eaten directly out of the packet or mixed with a small amount of water, and it mixes smoothly in hot or cold water.
I feel like it helps me breathe easier when the air is dusty. It also helped a little with pet allergies.
