… as far as focus and energy I didn’t feel a thing. HOWEVER, my cousin said it worked GREAT for her but she’s also sensitive to caffeine.
I sometimes need that afternoon pick me up and this look looked like exactly what I needed, but I was bummed when I felt nothing. The flavors are great though!! I like the blue one the most.
Since this worked for my cousin and she felt focused and energized, I am giving this 4 stars.

These FocusFuel Energy Chews – Focus + Energy Gummies taste like candy. I guess that’s a good thing. My favorite it the Blueberry Lemonade. The candies I received in September 2024 are fresh and soft. Unfortunately, they are not very sour. And in my opinion they’re overpriced. For the same price, I could buy a whole lot of sour gummies and energy drinks. The taste is 3.5/5 but the cost is 2/5.

The flavor is to die for. I just want to eat the whole bag like candy!
The caffeine in them gives me a nice energy boost without being too overwhelming. I usually take a couple, and that’s enough to get me going. Plus, there’s no crash afterward. The energy comes on gently and fades away just as smoothly.
While the price might seem a bit high, it’s comparable to pre-workouts, but I find this to be a much tastier way to get my energy fix. I definitely recommend giving these a try—you won’t regret it! I hope my review helps you make a more informed decision.

I think these focus gummy chews taste amazing. I am trying to cut down on caffeine so I use these when I absolutely have to. I drink a lot of coffee but on days I really cannot be bothered I end up eating one of these. Me and my husband both use this focus energy gummies and both enjoy them. I think they are a great pick me up an d get the job done. I am not sure about the value but if you are looking for a different alternative to caffeine this is a good go to.

These gummies are a nice way to get your caffeine in without drinking a pre-workout powder, coffee, or energy drink. I like the taste of all 3 varieties as they basically taste like mildly sweet candies. They’re coated in sugar or sweetner and the gummies are lightening bolt shape. 1 gummy is a small cup of coffee, 2 is a regular coffee, and 3 are equivalent to an energy drink.. My experience is 3 feels good, but I do like the ritual of sipping on an energy drink or pre-workout driving over to my workout. I’ve been consuming these midday to avoid the mid afternoon slump and get my work done.
Each bag has 30 gummies, so 90 overall across the 3 packets, but that means there are only 30 energy drink equivalent servings. Because of this, plus the price, these are an expensive option, equivalent to or even more expensive than canned energy drinks or a tub of pre-workout.
⭐️1 star – I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality.

These gummies are very tasty. They taste just like candy while giving you a required caffeine boost for the day. Best part is each gummy contains only 50mg caffeine (100mg / serving i.e for 2 gummies). This makes it easy to control the caffeine intake. I found them to be very convenient during travels and before workouts. Definitely recommend.

These are pretty yummy. It’s nice having a different option to get an energy boost without cracking a drink. These gummies are rated at 50mg of caffeine each; I tend to eat 3 at a time which they say is around an energy drink. Eh it’s a bit more than a good coffee I normally have but it works. The flavors are tasty enough without being overbearingly sweet or tart. Texture wise I didn’t have any issues with eating them they are nice they don’t come out sticky.
Price wise if you’re doing these 3 at a time you’re talking about ~1.67$ per dose. This isn’t a bad price for energy drinks/candies. If you don’t need all 3 that takes the cost down even more. Overall it’s an okay price, lasts a long time, and takes up a lot less space than 45 energy drink cans.
