One of the main reasons I chose this extra strength vitamin B 12 formula was because they did not cheap out when it came to the quality of the ingredients. Many people that make B12 formulas cheap out when it comes to the main ingredient, which is B12. There is a synthetic form and a natural form as you would suspect a natural form is much more absorbable to your body whereas the synthetic formula is not only synthetic but subpar when it comes to your body being able to actually utilize the B12 it contains! The natural form is the methylcobalamin that is here in this formula. This is the one you want! The synthetic version cyanocobalamin, which ironically has part of the word for cyanide in it which you associate with death… Don’t even get me started whoever decided on that synthetic name was giving us a hint right off the bat so yeah you do not want that synthetic form so I highly recommend these along with the fact that they’re using monk fruit and not a sugar alcohol or one of those new man-made sugars monk fruit has been around for thousands of years similar to Stevia most people have never had an issue with either of those two and monk fruit specifically does not have the aftertaste that many Stevia products have.
So yes, I 100% recommend these and the fact that they’re in a delicious gummy form makes it a win-win. That means anybody can take this even if you have an aversion to swallowing pills so yeah give it a try. I’m definitely going to re-order it I think it’s a wonderful value getting 60 servings out of these two bottles.

After my last physical, it was recommended adding B12 to my nutritional regimen. This formulation not only supplies the recommended B12 but has ingredients that supplement cognitive health and ashwagandha for calmness. I have been supplementing these for a long time anyway. I like having this supplement in a tasty gummy form. It makes it easy to take most any time of the day. The website says it is made in the USA and is Gluten free.

This multivitamin herb blend gummy has many health benefits. I like that it is made in the USA and comes with two mostly full bottles of gummies, a sixty-day supply. The serving size is two a day and the taste is fruity sort of like a light grape flavor. I do like that they are sugar-free, just stevia and monk fruit added for sweetness. Since I take some of these ingredients regularly, it is good to have them all in one easy-to-take supplement. I’ve had no adverse reactions from this product.
Since it has St. Johns Wart Extract which can interfere with some medications, it is best to consult your doctor before using.

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now. I was taking multiple pills for memory and replaced them with these gummies for a couple weeks. I did not notice any difference in my memory between these and my normal regime. The plus is that I only need to take 2 of these a day versus about 7 pills. The gummies also taste very good.

I have been taking two of these per day for a couple of weeks. They are grape-flavored gummies and taste good. The ingredients sound good, but I’m not a pharmacist. I haven’t noticed any effects – good or bad, but then I take a multivitamin daily, and have never noticed any effect.
I knocked off one star because I don’t know where they are made. I like to know where products are made.

Overall: 5 stars (excellent) – While I really dislike the use of blends in formulations, the ingredients are good and the quality appears to be excellent, meriting (just) a 5 star rating.

INGREDIENTS: above average – Several vitamins, some useful herbs. Sadly, they use a “blend” of other ingredients, so you don’t know how much of each you’re consuming.
QUALITY: excellent – Made in the USA, GMP certified, and 3rd party lab tested. No indication of country of origin. Not much information on Nextdia is available.
EXPERIENCE: excellent – 2 good tasting gummies per serving for a 30 (x2) day supply. 2 year shelf life
