Pros:
✅ I take probiotics most days and taking this allows me to be lazy for a week
✅ I didn’t have any issues or notice any major changes (consistent bowel movements, not too much gas or bloat). I usually have a healthy GI routine regardless.
Cons:
❌ Drink it like a shot and don’t try to taste it. I find it unpleasant 🤢
I’m on the fence about the price because it’s $24.99 for 5 weeks whereas you can often find a multi-month supply for the same price. You pay for the convenience I suppose!

This active ingredient in this product is apparently a single strain of yeast, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (It seems that brewers yeast is the dried form, not exactly the same thing). I found a lot of conflicting information about the use of live, active Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, but one consistent bit of knowledge about it is that people with a compromised immune system should not use it because the science of the interaction between fungal pathogens and the immune system is incomplete. This product could have a good effect or not, depending on your own situation. So this is one supplement that really should be discussed with a medical professorial before use.

Points for the portable container and live active cultures, but I’m glad you only have to take this on a weekly basis because it does not taste great. I can detect the raspberry aroma but it also smells a little alcoholic (it’s made with brewer’s yeast) and its flavor definitely leaves something to be desired. There’s not much of it in the vial, for which I’m thankful, but you can’t down it like a shot because the neck of the bottle is so narrow that you really do have to sip it, thus prolonging the yucky flavor. If you’re looking to improve your digestive health, this tastes like it should be effective. It doesn’t contain lactose, gluten, soy, or artificial colors so that’s a plus too. I’m just going to find it hard to get past the flavor.

I love that you only have to take it once a week.
I do not notice anything different in my gut health, no extra gas or cramps.

This is an interesting take on probiotics. In theory, I like the once a week and the liquid vehicle. The taste was fine for me, with a definite yeast back note. I immediately thought of beer when I first tried it. This is on the more expensive side, but I can see why it would be preferable for some lifestyles. In terms of effectiveness… I’m not sure yeast is good for me. I experienced intestinal distress each day after taking. I have lots of restrictions, so it could be a me issue.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these but they actually tasted pretty good, and come in a convenient size. Not much else to say, but they do seem a bit expensive for what you get.
