I gave the overall rating a four stars, because I love the product itself. The problem was the delivery, it takes longer than most things that can actually wait to be deliver. This product came in a small ice box and cooling blocks to preserve the coolness needed for the probiotics to stay alive. It took 5 days to arrive and despite all effort to keep cool, the product arrived super hot. I am not even sure that the enzymes survived.

This kind of lactobacillus was recommended by my doctor; I got it originally from my pharmacist, who had it in the fridge. When I ordered it from Amazon, I was a little concerned about how they’d keep it cool; not to worry, it arrived in a well-insulated styrofoam mini-cooler, with a nice little icepack inside. Amazing! Yes, it was cool, and I actually paid less than when I got it from the pharmacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to order this any time. Not to mention, I’m going to use the little cooler for school lunches!

I have been using this product for over a year I was taking another probiotic but it was pricey and I had to take two per day with Florajen I only have to take one per day. As soon as I get my order I put it in the refrigerator, you can leave it out for I believe two weeks but I recommend you do not do that. The product works best when it’s in the fridge just take one out when you are ready to take it. I take one in the morning and that works for me. It’s a great value since I am immunocompromised I have to take a probiotic.

Mine came with a cold pack! However by the time I got it the cold pack ran out and was room temperature. But that didn’t affect the pills Bc when I opened them they were still cold and that whole it can go two weeks without refrigeration and be ok thing. Anyway it has been three days since I’ve used this product, and the results are absolutely wonderful. I used to have a very big issue with uh… vaginal odor. I tried everything fro ph balancing solutions to changing my diet to different underwear to no underwear to EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN! And NOTHING worked! Except for this product! I showered this morning and had a fairly busy day with a workout at night and my vagina didn’t smell at all! This thing is a miracle worker!!!

This is the best product I’ve used for treating urinary tract infections. I get UTIs constantly. The doctor gives me antibiotics, it goes away, and then I get another one a few days/weeks later. They are extremely painful and seriously affect my life- the frequent urination especially.
I ordered these. I used them a few times (insertion into the vagina) to maintain my health. They worked very well for prevention!
Then, I stopped taking them for a while, a couple of weeks, for no particular reason. (I’m just bad at commitment to taking “medicines”). I started to get a UTI. I had to pee a lot at work, and when I went to do it, I had to strain before anything would happen. The burning was already started. When I got home, I inserted one of these into my vagina before I went to bed. By the morning, all of my symptoms were gone. I was amazed! Don’t hesitate to give these a try if you have frequent UTIs. I only insert them, so I can’t speak to whether they are effective orally.

I used to purchase this behind the counter at my local pharmacy, but it was getting more expensive. Since I’m unable to drive due to illness, it was also tough getting someone to pick it up once a month. Anyway, this is the EXACT same product I got at my pharmacy, for a few dollars less. Even though it ships at regular temp, the shipper added a couple ice packs to the packaging. Obviously they melted, but were double sealed. And the bottle says even up to two weeks out of the fridge is safe, so don’t worry about that at all, especially if you’ve got Prime’s 2-day deal. I LOVE Florajen3 – it helps keep my chronic oral thrush away, and I also discovered it’s been clearing up a ‘not so pretty’ toenail. Probiotics are healthy for the guts, as our digestive system is kinda like a second brain – the good bacteria you’re getting from each pill helps ward off the bad stuff and promotes better … uhm, well, ‘morning constitutions’ if you catch my drift… 🙂

I have been taken this product for years. Highly recommend! Comes in a small styrofoam container with a little ice pack. When you order at least three or more I always get the three or more and you can always use a little container with ice pack for later use for something else like water bottles for your dogs or something when you go to the park but that’s not why you order the product. The product is amazing. I highly recommend it. It’s worth the dollar amount for sure.
