Yo soy una persona que cada año tiene tendencia a tener el hierro bajo, sobre todo a finales de año. Normalmente el medico me receta unas pastillas y a mi me gusta ir por cosas mas naturales y encontré este producto.
Después de haber estado tomándolo todos los días hasta que se me acabo el bote note la diferencia mucho en los ánimos y en la energía sobre todo.
Dependiendo de cuanto sea tu anemia este bote te va a ser pequeño pero en mi analítica después de tomar esto se notó la subida. pero sobre todo lo noté yo.
al final, al ser liquido el cuerpo lo absorbe mucho mejor y a mi no me sienta mal, porque las pastillas mi cuerpo lo tolera peor y con esto, no tengo ese problema.

10/10 would recommend! I purchased 2 of the big bottles. I went for the vegan option instead of the other bottle. It tastes like metal. It tastes like blood. I keep it in the fridge. I take 20 mL at once & don’t eat for an hour afterwards as opposed to taking 10mL twice per day and not eating 30 minutes afterwards, I prefer to get it over with. I have noticed that if I take Vitamin C & Folic Acid directly after I feel like I’ve taken an iron pill, I would get nauseous for about an hour. So I don’t take anything at all until the hour passes. It took my body a few weeks to get used to it, now I can drink it & not feel any type of way afterwards. I haven’t missed one day so far, I started drinking it March 3, 2023 & today is March 30, 2023. My iron, total was 13 mcg/dL 2.27,23, it increased to 199 mcg/dL 3.27,23 My hemoglobin was 7.6 on 2.27,23 now it’s 7.7 on 3.27,23, I’ll try beetroot & iron transfusions. I am IDA & I suffer from chronic migraines, on day 3 of drinking this I noticed that I haven’t gotten a migraine at all, even today 3.30,23 I still haven’t had a migraine, I’ll get a headache if I hadn’t ate all day but that’s only been twice. I immediately felt the increase in my energy, decrease in fatigue, palpitations, migraines, dizziness, light headedness, sleepiness & hair shedding, I now have to pluck my brows every week. My lips are not pale in color anymore, I have a normal menstrual flow now (was extremely heavy), my urine is highlighter yellow now & smells like the Floravital, my urine is normally clear since I always drink a gallon of water a day, I don’t drink juice (unless it’s freshly squeezed) or soda at all, I stopped eating ice the day I started to drink this. My teeth started to get a green stain on them, the exact same color as Floravital & I have OCD, my overall hygiene including my oral hygiene is top of the line, so now that I got my teeth cleaned yesterday I started to drink this from a straw today.

I’m extremely iron deficient and have to take liquid supplements. The taste is not horrible. This is the only brand that doesn’t upset my stomach. I’m sure it’s because it has natural vs chemical ingredients. 10/10 recommend
