Use this for our 5yo girl and we’ve seen great improvement. Better taste than the prescribed iron. High quality, clean ingredients. It has doubled in price recently which is unfortunate. Would look for an alt because of the cost but otherwise we like this option.

I have to take iron for my pregnancy because I am anemic, and let me tell you I was terrified that its going to make me throw up, but the taste is not that bad. I recommend this to everyone that I know.

If you are anemic at all, this is your solution. The liquid is superior to the tablets but I’ve used both. The tablets are obviously better for traveling.
The taste is not bad. It’s like a metallic prune or even rich grape juice. I would not drink a large glass but I can easily swallow a few ml without gagging or anything. And no constipation, at all.
I like to take it a day or two before I stare my period because I’m a very heavy bleeder. If I start it before and continue taking it through my cycle, I feel as million times better.
I also took it while I was pregnant because my iron is always low. It was night and day noticeable.

I unfortunately needed to add this supplement to my diet. However, it does not taste bad and does not constipate. Bottle large enough to provide two months worth. Excellent price, especially for how big the bottle is.

Sooo this stuff here works amazingly. I was around 36 weeks pregnant and my doctor wanted me to start going to a clinic to get an IV because I had low iron and the iron pills they gave made me nauseous. I researched and found this product!! Took it every night and made my dr aware and asked her to recheck my blood levels after about 3 weeks of taking this and my iron levels had went up!! I should an also add, my energy levels were high as well! Being pregnant and still working until the end had me so tired all the time, this product has made me less sleepy and just overall better. I 100% recommended.

I absolutely loved this product. I had to take it consistently before A big surgery that I had and I genuinely felt like my energy level had shot up. It’s a little bit of a metallic taste, but it’s seriously not bad. I don’t know why, but I feel like it works better than most vitamins in a pill form. Really like!!!

All the fruits in this liquid iron do a pretty great job of disguising the iron taste, which makes it palatable, even on an empty stomach. And if you’ve read the long list of foods that inhibit iron absorption, then you’ll probably conclude, as I have, that this is best taken on an empty stomach, allowing an hour before eating anything.
I’m happy to report that even with a GI condition that will not tolerate many foods, this has not caused any GI issues for me– apparently other iron supplement formulations are infamous for causing digestive issues.
Best of all, it appears to work very quickly, as after only a week of taking it, my radically low ferritin levels jumped .4, which is quite amazing. A blessing in a bottle!
