I love Magnesium, this one in specific it is very good for cramps, and it helps if somebody has high sodium. I have also tried the Calcium and Magnesium and it tastes good too, but I’m not a doctor and I think if you take Calcium you have to take it if the doctor or nutritionist says so. All are natural no real sugar is added, no fake sugar either, and no other sugars that come from plants are added which makes it even better because I don’t like any of the sugars I mentioned, and less the ones that have a weird taste. I recommend this. Don’t forget to shake it before taking it, put it in the refrigerator after opening and it has to be taken within four weeks. You can see all the directions on the back of the bottle.
