I take four of these daily and notice a decline in my health if I run out or forget to take them. Accutane permanently damaged by gut and skin, and left my skin completely dry. At some point a few years ago I discovered Udo’s omega 3/6/9 capsules and have been taking them since. Truly appreciate them and feel so much better with them. My skin is not as dry, and my digestive system functions better too. They work so well for my particular needs, and feel they are beneficial for folks wanting essential fatty oils. The capsules are smooth and very easy to take. Highly recommend.

Love this product, after Breast Cancer my skin, nails and hair have never been the same. Omg after two months I am seeing a dramatic difference. My nails can say goodbye to fake ones ! I only wore them because they would always ripped down and bleed. My nails are rock hard. My hair took a beating with a FDA drug that they lied about being safe Taxitere but I can see my hair is getting stronger my skin seems to be better as well as I break out ( still at my age ) with some pimples and exzema so this stuff is magic in a bottle gold . The loose oil is a bit bitter and has an earthy quality after taking a tsp so I bought the pills. So worth the money as I am doing my best to get back up on my feet from cancer and all these surgies. I spoke this might even work on the massive scaring I have. I’ll have to experiment! Great purchase on my 3rd bottle, drastic upgrade to my health. Give me a thumbs up if this helped. Flora Udo’s 3, 6, 9 Oil Blend capsules seem like a very good blend of three out of of the four Omega Acids in the supplement arena (if it included Omega 7, aka Sea Buckthorn, it would be a REAL powerhouse). For some reason EVERYONE in the Omega Acid blend world seems to omit Omega 7 when it is as much or MORE of a powerhouse Omega Acid than the other three combined, but old habits die hard. Sea Buckthorn (the only truly great source of Omega 7) has been around for about 3,500 years or so in the Chinese Herbal Medicine world, so I guess it takes a while for other countries to catch up, since I have only seen it offered on the market in the last 10-to-15 years. I have been able to purchase it as a supplement in a gel cap for about that long, but I digress.
The two times I have purchased Flora Udo’s 3, 6, 9 Oil Blend–while I do feel it is a good product, I have found broken capsules in the bottles I received. This faux pas is not a great presentation from my standpoint, since the oil from inside the gel caps tends to make many of the other capsules stick together. Finding the empty shell is not fun either. Perhaps I am just Mrs. Murphy of Murphy’s Law fame and no one else has had this problem. Broken caps aside, IF Flora Udo added Omega 7 to their blend and strengthened their gel caps, I would be the happiest Omega blend purchaser/consumer in the world, because I do feel their Omegas are better than some of the others I have tried over the years. Add a stronger gel cap and Omega 7 and I will not only give you five stars, I’ll add five extra and blog about your product!

These pills are pretty big. I put a side by side comparison between the capsules and a standard size pill/medication. They’re not difficult to swallow in my experience. The directions recommend something pretty wild like taking 6 capsules per day, but I followed another reviewers recommendation and only take 2/day either with lunch or dinner.
Why did I buy these? My dr did bloodworm and my cholesterol levels were a little concerning. She of course wanted to put me on medication, but I told her I’d like to try to make some lifestyle and eating changes and see if I can lower my numbers on my own. Without medication. She agreed to give me 6 mos. The test results are dated. In between that time I had only taken this omega supplement a total of 3 times. And I didn’t take it the day of my most recent bloodwork.
I’m vegetarian and don’t consume any animal products with the exception of dairy. Fish oil wasn’t an option. I liked that these are vegan and was persuaded by all the reviews. I’m even more sold on the difference in my lab work results. I definitely recommend these.
