I have used this brand for years and it is the best. I have tried other brands and I couldn’t even tell that I took an enzyme. I take these nightly with dinner to prevent GERD and heartburn and burping. I will take 2 if I’m having marinara sauce, sushi or anything else heavy and it helps tremendously. I actually have had great experiences with all the Flora brand products. I went to Whole Foods the other day and an employee said they may not by carrying it anymore so I’ll have to buy it here. We’ll have to see. It also helped my friend’s girlfriend (an RN) with gallbladder issues she was having. She uses it now. This is the most effective, consistent enzyme I have ever used and the only one I trust. I highly recommend it (and any of the Flora brand products).

I’ve had GERD for years and suffered immensely. My RXs were costing me $550 per month, and my Gastro doctor said I had to take them. After a couple of years (I’d switched drs by then). New Dr reduced the meds and I still had so much acid.
While on vacation, I stopped in a health food store and within 15 minutes, the 80 year old owner and previous nurse told me that I needed this particular blend. Within three days I was off the rxs and haven’t had to see my Gastro Dr again. On rare occasions after chocolate before bed, I’ve needed a Rolaid, but that’s all.
I don’t do Citrus and have had problems with that since I was an infant. Oh yes, I’m 75 now and have been on this particular enzyme for 5 or 6 years!!!!

These help replace enzymes that you are depleted of as you age. I take these with large meals to help digest my food faster, if I will be eating more meat than usual or if Im going to be eating any food which I know I will have issues with digesting such as raw onions, raw broccoli, etc. These help tremendously so that I dont get bloated, have gas or indigestion. Highly recommend.

I came upon enzymes after 2 bouts of diverticulitis and anitbiotics whereby my system was an absolute mess. Between probiotics and enzymes, I got it balanced back out. I was using products from different distributor and double the money. Udo’s has the same ingredients and half the cost. I turned my boyfriend on to these as he was having problems digesting certain foods and he’s a firm believer in them now. Before he eats anything spicy or rich or later in evening, he’ll have an enzyme first.

I’ve taken a lot of supplements over the years to help with various problems. With these enzymes, some malic acid, lemon and stevia, you can clean up your blood stream and a whole lot of undigested waste and get rid of all kinds of skin rash and conditions pretaining to chronic fatigue syndrome ………That’s what it did for me, everyone’s different, but these enzymes really worked for me, along with continious exercising. I’ll be buying more..
