Tried these for the first time and LOVED THEM. Have been a long time user of some other big brands but saw they were mostly sugar and chemical colorings. These were waaaaay tastier, healthier, and made me actually want to drink water. Will be buying again.

I usually purchase the big name in hydration sticks but thought I’d give this company a shot as they had a mixed flavor pack to try out. I am so glad I did! The flavor was smooth, without feeling like I just drank a soft drink. The flavor didn’t linger with an after taste and my water was the color of water after mixing it in! I will definitely be buying from them again!

First off, the taste is good – they don’t use a lot of sugar, only about 5g. There’s no dyes or a ton of extra crap in here so it’s a lot easier on the kidneys and organs. The only issue is that the electrolyte levels are weak. A few percent of your daily value for each electrolyte. It’s almost not worth drinking when you consider the fact that it’s only getting you 4 percent of your daily electrolytes but ten percent of your sugar intake for the day. This would be a good product for people who are not active at all and want to drink it every day (especially for those trying to drink more fluids but are tired of plain water). This would be terrible for anyone who sweats a lot or is an athlete. It’s my fault for just looking at the average customer review and purchasing, rather than looking at the levels of electrolytes BEFORE buying.
