These are a perfect useful size to treat a small injury. They stay cold about 15 minutes and with a set of 4, I can rotate them in the freezer continuously because they freeze fairly fast. I bought them to help cool my pug in summer. I put it under her while she naps. They work really well.

The nylon backing feels thick and more comfortable than a regular gel pack – the gel itself is typically cooler than a gel pack, but never gets too cold so that it hurts to put directly on the skin (it’s a comfortable cooling)
Overall, pretty happy with the purchase, hoping it lasts – so far the Velcro feels pretty high quality and doesn’t pull fibers out of the fabric backing so it doesn’t feel like it’ll tear easily

There are 2 sides, 1 gets colder than the other. It has a velcro fastener so you can secure it in place. I use it on my ankle & the velcro strap is great!

The pad freezes in less than two hours, slight weight and easy to use, but it doesn’t stay cold for very long. I have found that the putting ice in the water bags stay cold much longer.

These packs are exactly the same ones my Dr. uses. They are large enough to fit across my back. They have straps that you can use depending on where you want the cold to be. They are also flexible and can easily wrap around an arm, leg or shoulder if needed. They are filled with a gel and freeze quickly. These are top notch and will last me for years.
