Flexicil Joint support seems to be a good product/supplement to use for your joints and muscles. It has Turmeric in it, which is a great healing herb. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The only reason for 4 stars is they recommended taking 4 caps a day. To me, that’s a lot, I only take two. I wish they could have put more in each capsules so I’m not taking so many caps per day. Other than that, it’s a great product.

Flexicil capsules contain Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Curcumin (the latter as a formulation of BCM-95, a widely researched extract named Curcugreen, produced in India). Also present in lesser amounts in the formulation are MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, and Boswellia serrata. The capsules are formulated in Texas, U.S.A.
The capsules are easy to swallow, have very little odor and come in a bottle containing 120; a 30-day supply at the recommended dosage of 4 capsules/day – (2 in the morning and 2 at night). At the current Amazon price, this dosage is approximately one dollar/day. We have not noticed any undesirable side effects from taking the recommended daily dosage.
As with any dietary supplement, consult with your physician and/or nutritionist before taking, to avoid any complications or interference with other medications or dietary plan.

The capsules are easy to swallow but you have to take 4 of them to get the listed dosage. I have been taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin for over 20 years. I have also taken Boswellia to help with inflammation. When I saw this Flexicil joint support that has both glucosamine and Boswellia, I had to order. The upside is that this has both ingredients to help with my joints, the downside is that I have to take for capsules. I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night for the past 2 weeks and I have noticed that my joints are not as stiff. This product is made in the USA.

Most of us, if we’re taking this supplement, we’re probably taking others as well. So when the daily dose of a single supplement is four pills a day, that can be a lot, on top of everything else you’re already probably taking. And at that dosage this bottle actually will only last for a month, which makes it a tad pricey. However, I do feel that it has an excellent combination of ingredients, all targeted at easing joint discomfort and increasing flexibility. I also like that the boswellia and the turmeric are patented forms, I always feel that you have a better guarantee of quality and consistency when using a patented substance. However, to that end, I always look to see that it says on the bottle that the supplement has been made in a GMP facility and that it is third party tested, and neither of those are indicated on this bottle, which is a detracting feature. Still, I find the list of ingredients impressive, it seems that they’re coming at the joint issue from just about every possible direction, so while it might not work for everyone, there is a good chance there’s something for everyone in this bottle.

I’m not sure how long you need to take these to notice a difference. They recommend 4 a day, that’s a lot to me. So far, I’ve taken several, and have not noticed any difference. The positive, is that these are made in the U.S., the negatives, they don’t list that these are manufactured in a GMP facility, or 3rd party tested, no NSF or USP listings, which would be helpful to know. These also contain shellfish, so FYI.
