I took two the other morning, as the directions state and holy moly. I did not need two. I was basically a zombie all day. But I was a calm zombie!
They do taste great, but I would start with like half of one before bed or something. It was wild

Personally taste is very strong and if your not a fan of the fruit you probably will find the gummy not to your liking. I dont notice much different when taking it. The texture is very soft similar gusher like. I can see this working for some and not for others. Worth a try but it is pricy.

Added these to my nightly supplement for insomnia. Helped me unwind & chill out & be chill enough to get to sleep. A couple right before bedtime( 30 mins), helps relaxing for sleep. Pleasant fruity flavor. Recommend 9/10

I find these gummies help me mellow out on very stressful days without making me sleepy. They have a kind of odd fruity/floral flavor, but they taste and smell great! I find I am more relaxed after I take a couple of these gummies and that I can handle the stress of my job more easily. The gummies taste more like a sweet treat than a supplement so you will want to keep these out of reach of your children.
The recommended dose is 2 gummies a day, which makes this a 1-month supply. The price is not terrible, but it can add up quickly over time. I only take these gummies when I am feeling really stressed out at work so a bottle lasts me longer than a month. I find they work wonders for me so they are worth the extra cost.

A delightful addition to my daily routine for combating stress. While they are labeled as raspberry-flavored, the taste is more akin to a gentle grape, which suits my palate perfectly. The ease with which I can chew and swallow these gummies adds to their appeal. What’s more, I do find a noticeable sense of relaxation after taking them. They fall in line with other stress relief gummies I’ve tried in terms of how they make me feel.
One aspect to consider is that, like most gummies, they come with a caloric and sugar content (20 calories per serving). If you’re taking multiple gummies for various purposes, this can add up. Additionally, the bottle’s cap was broken, but surprisingly, the gummies remained sealed with a plastic seal around the cap, maintaining their freshness. In comparison to other stress relief gummies, the price appears to be slightly on the higher side. So, while I thoroughly enjoy the taste, I’d suggest doing some price comparison before making a purchase.

Really sweet. Don’t care to eat a piece of candy in the morning which is when I take my other vitamins. Never noticed any difference while I was taking it and in fact, try to avoid sugar while I am starting my period. I love Flex discs and swear by them but will pass on these. Kind of gimicky

These are pleasingly floral and fruity, slightly complex, but also soothing. They taste and smell great. I noticed a pleasant calming effect, which I will likely enjoy again.
While “made for” a U.S. company, there’s no indication whatsoever of the source(s) of ingredients, or country of manufacture. This is a BIG factor when it comes to products I ingest or apply to my body. If you can’t tell me where it’s made, and sourced… you don’t trust me to make my own decisions. Which is not something I expect (or accept) from a nutrition or wellness product/company/brand. The withholding of information is directly responsible for my rating of this product.

I love the taste of these, wish I could just eat them like candy sometimes haha. They actually work very well for relaxation as well. They don’t exactly make me tired/sleepy but they do help to calm my mind down and make my body feel a bit more relaxed, which then helps me fall asleep anyway.
Would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for a good quality “chill pill”!
