Fisetin is touted as a natural anti-oxident. This is one of the capsules products that provides a concentrated form, which is convenient to take. I am giving it a neutral rating because I don’t find any accepted quality assurance certifications, such as GMP and 3rd party testing for purity and potency. It is stated to be 98% pure; it is unclear what the remaining 2% is. Moreover, it has 5 seals on the bottle that are of virtually no value in ensuring quality, but they give an appearance of such. I would rather see no seals than those that may mislead.

Though I have been taking multiple supplements daily for over 30 years, I only started taking Fisetin a few months ago and feel it has been beneficial. This is a good quality product… just the Fisetin and the capsule. There are no unnecessary additives like flow agents, filers, colors, preservatives, etc.
The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no detectable odor. The daily dosage is one per day, so with sixty capsules you get about a two-month supply. Fisetin is not an inexpensive product, but this seems fairly priced.

If you’ve read “Lifespan” by David Sinclair where he discusses the role of sirtuins in longevity (also on YouTube), you’re familiar with “Zombie cells”. Fisetin is potent senolytic that cleans out these senescent cells. Adding Quercetin is also beneficial. Fisetin is one of those supplements you take daily for its long term anti-aging benefits. Fisetin has limited bioavailability. Taken with MCTs, coconut oil, fish oil, etc may help.

If you use quercetin and do some research, you’ll find that fisetin a similar flavonoid but is actually found to be a better antioxidant. This means that it works on getting rid of harmful free radicals in your body. It also has anti-inflammatory effects. This fisetin comes in a generous 2 month supply in a capsule I found very easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. The box was shrinkwrapped and the bottle had both an inner and outer seal. The bottle has the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) stamp for assurance of production quality. I found this to be one of the better quality supplements out there.

I recently started taking this supplement. Fisetin is an antioxidant that can destroy old cells. It means it prevents acceleration of aging. It is also good for fighting oxidative stress or free radicals and inflammation, preventing cancer cell growth, and supporting brain health. It seems like a superior antioxidant.
Since I recently started taking it, I’m not sure if there will be any noticeable effect after a month or so. It would be best if it reduces some wrinkles and graying hair. It was easy to swallow. I bought it because it says is a flavonoid but it gave me a bad reaction. Cant take it..
