One thing I found is that I do not need to one of these daily. I began to experience symptoms that you can easily look up online from too much iron. I now take four per week and my wife also takes them. The 1000 count in this is a lot of iron – at least for my wife and I. They do the trick.

The description doesn’t say they are red and color. Enough so that the cotton inside is also red. If someone has a allergy to dies this might not be good.
Also if only 1 person takes this he or she will never use all the pills before they expiring date.
