I have tried many products with fenugreek and few gave me the effect, most often it was not what I expected and I decided to try this brand after seeing the concentration. I drank it for a few days and I realized that my swimming workouts started to be easier than before, even though it’s only been a few days, I think it’s the effect of these capsules as I lead a healthy lifestyle with regular workouts and I haven’t introduced anything new into my diet etc. recently. I will see how it goes, but I am glad I found this product.

Hands down it’s great product! I’ve been working in the gym to reach new level of metabolism and anabolism. I’ve had to get creative since my old good path of ‘eat, sleep, and push weights’ didn’t bring much results lately. After extensive research online I decided to expend my current selection of supplements. Currently my stack consists of multiple products but I specially feel difference from using this product along with creatine. It gives me boost in energy, my muscles are more responsive to growth, and I just feel more testosterone overall. My drive is better, brain functioning too. Obviously it’s a cumulative effect of having sober live, focus & balanced mental health, consistent exercises, and right nutrition with necessary supplements. I prefer taking 3 pills per day since concentration is higher and I read research that it’s completely fine to consume up to 25 grams per day while 3 pills contain 7.5 grams. I hope it helps.
