Young parents listen up. This is the best cough medicine ever. My Mom and Dad gave me Father John’s when I was a little girl in the 50’s and 60’s. I gave it to my sons in the 80′ and 90’s. I told many moms and dads over the years that I have encountered about the goodness of this product and they come back with their praise reports. Trust me….it still works….non- narcotic and naturally good for you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I grew up during a time home remedies were how we survived. Sometimes it was because of lack of insurance. Sometimes lack of money. I as a consumer remember colds back in the days being from Chicago they are more common than ever, at a certain point recently I discovered that there was no longer any Father Johns on the shelves of any pharmacy and couldn’t figure out why so I did my research found it here at Amazon .com and made it my business to order some needless to say i was able to beat my cold and flu symptoms like Tyson used to beat opponents I’m thankful that someone was able to keep this sure fire product in circulation even if they did snatch it off the shelves of my local pharmacy. I’m about to order some more right now.

This one I can say has a very nice taste – as for the cold relief, I can’t say it did anything. I took it on several occasions and didn’t notice any difference. I did notice it helped with my son’s cough, but was informed by our pediatrician that I should not give it to children under the age of 12.
