We’ve returned to the squeeze tube as the pump was awful. Not much in the container to start with and this pump makes it last about 1/2 as long.
Product Review –
DON’T BUY!! DOESN’T WORK. CAN’T REPLACE. I bought the two-pack pump. The 1st stopped pumping product after 3 successful pumps. Product wasted. The second didn’t pump any product at all. When you click on return/replace in your Orders, it’s not eligible for either!!

The pump dispenses way too much of the cream, so there is a lot of waste. The “cream” is also fairly runny. I don’t expect this product to last very long, and I’ll be back to buying the product in a tube.

This cream took about 3 days to dry out my cold sore. It is taking a little longer to completely clear my sore, it’s been about 5 days and my sore hasn’t cleared completely yet. Easy to apply, not weird smells. I just felt a little tingling after using it. Not too pricey. Works ok. Not the fastest but does the intended job.

At first I thought it was a lip balm, but after some reading about product and received it, also looks like a spray, so I was more curious. I opened the package, with some difficulty, product was very well secure, which I liked because I know no one messed with it. I washed my hands very well to trying the product. I had to pump it 2-3 times before the cream was out and in my finger, there I verified it is not a spray. I applied the cream on my finger over my lips just to feel it. More than half an hour passed and the cream in my lips did not bothered or irritate them. At this moment I don’t have blister. I usually have them during cold weather, in the summer after going to the beach, and also when I have sickness or fever due to cold. Sometimes I develop blister, when I’m rush eating and bite my lip. I’m glad I have the product in case of those events happening.
I like that it is a pump because every dose will be individual, one at a time. Probably there will be less chance to contaminate other areas of the lips, also because it have to be applied only in the blister. As I read, this is not a substitute for lip balm and maybe I can use the lip balm in the other areas of the lip were there is not a blister. This product is of good quality, I think it will help me in times of need. I like also, that I can acquire product over the counter, due to it is non-prescription. I’m satisfied with product and I recommend it.
