Both my husband and I use these and it has cut the snoring in our household to almost nothing. We both have sinus issues and we notice we wake up with less congestion which is a bonus. We have tried the name brand version and like this one better, and it saves is a little bit of money.

I’ve woken up several times and noticed that it starts peeling off on one side. I’m a side sleeper so that might have something to do with it but I’ve never had a problem with the same brand but the nude color. The hold isn’t as strong with the clear. On the bright side, they’re painless to take off 😅

I have using nasal breathing strips every day, all day for the past few years. Because of my totally discombobulated septum I can’t breath through my nose without them. Came close to getting the surgery but then covid hit. Anyway, these are obviously made by the same manufacturer that does the store brand for Walmart and Kroger. They’re identical and I actually prefer these over the Breathe Right strips brand. Sometimes generic is better.
Around here we jokingly call them NBAs, short for nose band aids, coined by my father. They’re life or death for me pretty much. A lot cheaper than a septoplasty.
Since I’m a pro when it comes to these NBAs I have a pro tip if you’re having them cause irritation on the center of your nose when you go to pull them off. First of all, they are easier to remove in the shower so that would be my first suggestion if possible and that’s where I take them off now but I used to cut a bunch of little strips of tissue paper, about 3mm x 10mm or so, and keep a bag of them handy. When you pull the tabs off the NBA, place a tissue strip in the middle so that that narrow section does not adhere directly to your skin. Then it won’t pull on your skin when you remove it.
As for the color, I think it would be nice if they came in different skin tones. Sometimes I wear the clear ones when I’m out but the clear ones to not stick for very long. The tan ones will stick all day and then some but the clear ones start peeling off within a few hours even with a properly prepared and clean skin surface.
I highly recommend these. If it weren’t for these I probably would suffocate.

I reordered these because I was very pleased with my first order. I don’t know why but this time they don’t stick as well. They come off my nose mid-sleep. For whatever reason, the adhesive this time is not as strong. I’ll give it 3/5 because I know they work but the inconsistency of the product quality is something to be aware of.

Got these as a replacement because Breathe right has become very expensive. These have worked great. Have been using the clear ones at night and they have remained stuck just fine. They work as well as Breatheright. Also they don’t leave this weird white glue residue on the nose after you pull them off. Would recommend.
edit: to the people complaining they don’t stick-wash your nose with soap and water and dry it well. It sticks just fine. If your nose is producing too much oil like it’s an olive tree, then yeah, sticking might be an issue.

They’re okay, but could stick better. Yes, I wash/dry my nose/face before applying. At first it sticks well, but within half an hour the part with the metal strip is no longer sticking well, and soon it’s only sticking by the tabs. After about 4 hours, I’ll wake up and one side has completely pulled off.
I blame the metal strip being too strong. So, I have started to make a slight crease in the middle (bending it where it at the bridge of the nose). I only need the slightest of pull on the outside of the nose to give me comfort, so this works well, AND it stays stuck all night long.
UPDATE: I tried another brand that came with a bunch of tiny alcohol wipes. Although their strips don’t work so great, the alcohol wipes end up making THESE strips work perfectly (without having to bend them). I wash, dry, then wipe with the alcohol, dry, then apply these strips and they stay stuck very well all night. Takes a good pull to remove it in the morning.
UPDATE #2: Okay, so it is a major improvement using alcohol to prep the skin. Ever wonder why a bandaid from the doctors office stays on so snug and so long? Because they swabbed the area with alcohol! I don’t even need to use soap/water on my nose before putting these strips on now. Just a quick wipe with the little alcohol wipes I got from the other brand and now these extra strength ones stay on all night long, and require a good tug to remove them in the morning. HINT to the manufacturer 😉

These work great to keep your airway open at bedtime. Has eliminated snoring and I’m sleeping much better.

I’ve had breathing issues all my life. I’ve got asthma, but on top of that I always felt like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen through my nose. I could lift up on the outside of my nose and feel so much more air entering with each breath than when I left it alone.
Finally I decided to try some nose strips. First I bought the tan. Immediate and amazing results. I loved them. They stay in place and they increase my oxygen intake. It’s amazing.
I quickly informed my teenage children that I was going to embrace my inner anime character (if you know you know) and where these strips 24/7. Of course they vehemently opposed this idea. So after a few days of wonderful, oxygen abundant afternoons/evenings/nights I decided to order some clear ones hoping that they would be subtle enough to wear out and about without drawing stares.
So, unfortunately, they’re not very incognito. Additionally, they don’t stay put nearly as well as the tan ones; nor are they as comfortable or effective. They aren’t TERRIBLE but they’re not quite as good.
I’ve noticed a handful of people reporting bruising, redness and sores. After about a month of using both products, I haven’t experienced any of that. Everyone has different allergies and intolerances, you never know until you try. So if you’re dying to breathe better, give these a shot. They’re making my life better everyday.

These work well. Make sure skin is clean and dry before use. I use witch hazel then let it dry before I stick them and always get good adhesion.
