They open my nasal passageway! I put one on before bed. They stay on well. They will lift a little at each end when you put them on but that is normal, the strips are supposed to do that. When I take the strip off in the morning my nose looks fat lol. My nose does shrink back to its normal size.

I have never known what breathing was like before using these strips. They are admittedly REALLY good. I mean that, genuinely. I have a deviated septum and when I first put this on my first thought was: “What?? This is how everyone else has been breathing this whole time??”
I only use these to sleep because they look goofy as hell even though they are “discreet” and I’d rather suffocate as a product of my forsaken nose than wear this in public. To be fair, it is as discreet as you can possibly get with these.
But hey! It works and it works really well. The latex packaging did give me an allergic reaction but I just suck it up and deal with the little rash I get. It’s like opening a bandaid, and then you just put it on your nose and it works its magic.
With that being said, it did leave bruises on my nose but I think that they just make me look cool so I don’t care about that. They have an adhesive, obviously, so if your skin is sensitive it might not be the best option for you.

Better than the skin colored ones that feel as if I am ripping the skin off my nose every morning. Does leave a little sticky residue, and with my sensitive skin- a little redness. Nothing makeup can’t help with so I can get good sleep!

Works well for when it is stuck to my nose but inevitably falls off during the night even with scrubbing my nose prior to adhesion thoroughly. The sleep I do get is enhanced, but after it falls off sometime through the night I can tell the difference.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them! They help him sleep better, and I noticed his snoring isn’t quite as loud. Although he says the fall off in the middle of the night. But they help him get to sleep better which is awesome!!

Each night before turning off the light and turning over to sleep, I slip off the wrapper (which is similar to a wrapper of a bandaid) and place the middle just above the tip of my nose, then push down on the ends. It stays tight and opens up the airflow. There is no discomfort and I sleep completly through the night. In the morning, it is simple to peal off and leaves no sticky feeling.
