The adhesive isn’t the best. When I wake, the ends are coming up a bit. Also, the adhesive stays on your skin after you take them off so I have to scrub it off which isn’t the best feeling.

These are the best strips on the market in my opinion. I even like them better than the Breathe Right lavender strips, which are also 50% stronger. I’m not sure exactly why these are better, they just seem to perform better–I breathe best with these vs. all other.
But this Seller advertises 2 items but only sends 1. And no returns are allowed “due to food safety concerns”.

Breathe Right strips force your nostrils to open wider, and if you have a septum that restricts airflow like mine it can make a massive difference, especially with sleep.
I have had trouble getting them to stick on the sides – they’ll start peeling off immediately sometimes.(In my experience Breathe Right is the only brand that sticks at all.) I’ve also had the skin on the bridge of my nose bleed from being ripped by the strip being TOO sticky when I peel it off.
My nightly routine is this. I wash my face and then clean my nose with rubbing alcohol. I know that alcohol is drying, but since my nose is oily that’s not a problem. I’ve been doing this for years with no harm to my skin.
Also, every night when I go to put it on, I touch the middle section (bridge of nose section) a few times with my fingers to make that part less sticky, so it comes off easier in the morning. That part does not need to be sticky.

Lately I’ve had to go to numerous stores to find the preferred brand and correct type. Often having to make do with an inferior product. Now I go online and I’m sure of the correct brand and type at a great price. Best of all it arrives on my doorstep without the hassle!

Bought these nasal strips to help me sleep better at night. Before using these, I could only breathe through my nose if I was on my one side. Using these strips has allowed me to sleep on either side and still be able to breathe through my nose. According to my wife, it has cut down on my snoring, which I didn’t think was possible since I do snore at all. But wives are usually right…so they say.
