This biotin supplement works amazingly well on my hair and nails. Within a week of taking this supplement, I felt like my nails were stronger and less likely to split. My hair feels fuller, stronger and doesn’t fall out as much. I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in my skin yet, but I am optimistic that this will change over time with regular consumption. I have also noticed that I feel less stressed and more in control of my emotions so I feel like it is helping out with my hormone balance, as well.
The recommended dose is 1 dropper a day, which makes this glass bottle a 60-day or 2-month supply. It is a little pricey, but still affordable enough and it will be worth it if it keeps me looking young! This liquid has a fairly pleasant minty taste. It smells pretty good, too. The liquid is thin and easy to swallow. You can take this liquid directly underneath your tongue (they recommend you hold for 20 seconds) or add it to your favorite drink. I have not noticed any negative side effects thus far. This is a good quality product if you are looking to supplement your collagen as it has so many other health benefits, too. Unfortunately, this product is hard to find on Amazon as the seller misspelled Biotin as “Biotion.”

I have been taking this supplement for several days. I can say that it is easy to take, the flavor is fine, sort of a mint flavor, not delicious but not a struggle to swallow. I think my nails and hair have grown somewhat faster as I have taken this regularly. I have not however noticed thicker hair.

I love to add informative pics to my reviews but in this case I had to get a lighted magnifying glass to be able to read their Suggested Use and even my cell phone couldn’t produce a very good pic of their printed Use so here they are as listed on the side of the bottle:
Shake well before use as natural separation may occur.
Take 1 serving and hold under tongue 20 seconds, Swallow afterwards. Alternatively add 1 serving to your favorite beverage.
It’s a shame that they can’t provide important information about their product where it can be read by all, even us elderly but less I digress…
Now back to my review, I got this product due to my wife had developed thinning hair over the past several years probably due more to her meds than her growing older. She has been taken daily doses of Collagen and some other supplements in hopes of slowing down her loss and thinning of her hair but when I noticed the combined ingredients of Fab Lab’s Biotin with Collagen, Keratin and Saw Palmetto Extract I figured with the combinations that were mentioned to help in providing her with healthy hair, skin & nails it was worth a try and the fact that it was being produced in the United States made me think that it would also be a safe product to try and that it would contain the proper amount of every ingredient that was listed.
When she took it with a small amount of water she confirmed that it was tasteless to her although the ingredients mentioned a natural mint flavor on the bottle. We’re assuming that since the serving size is 1 ml per dose and there are 60 doses in the bottle that she should only be taking 1 dose per day but that’s not stated as such anywhere on the bottle. The dropper that comes inside the bottle was marked with .5 ml, .7 ml and 1 ml but it was impossible to draw up the full 1 ml at one time with the dropper provided so I squeezed out .5 ml twice in her cup and that worked fine for her.
I am giving this a 4 Star Overall Rating since at this time we won’t see any positive results I’m sure for a number of weeks and then if there are visible results then FabLab will have a lifelong customer and I will update my review to reflect the positive results and if there are not any positive results I will adjust my rating to reflect the same…

Hi, This Biotin with Collagen and keratin has a nice flavor and taste to it. I like that this comes with a glass dropper and its easy to dispense the correct amount. I put this under my tongue and held it there for 20 seconds and then I swallowed the liquid. I was surprised that the flavor was good, I was a little afraid that it was not going to taste nice but it was pretty good.
It does state that you can add this to your favorite beverage instead of holding under the tongue (alternatively).
I did not use this long enough to notice any difference in my hair, skin, and nails yet. If I notice a change or improvement after using this for a longer period, I will update this review. =) Thanks for reading.
