My partner and I take daily doses of phosphatiydl serine (PS) for its alleged benefits to brain health and memory. PS is the main ingredient in at least one brand name memory supplement. Seeing that this EZZ formula includes PS I decided to try it. This was despite the Amazon product description not providing a detailed list of ingredients and their dosages. It turns out that this formula also includes DHA, which we already get from fish oil capsules. The description states that the product has no fishy odor. I found that not to be accurate. The DHA is derived from microalgae, and though the smell is not as strong as capsules made from salmon or other fish, the fishy odor is still quite noticeable.
The capsules are also out of the ordinary: they resemble small balloons and feel like them as well. The actual ingredients are inside the “balloons”, which can be ingested whole by adults. The instructions on the package indicate that the supplement can be given to young children, but that the balloon must be opened by twisting off the end and pouring the inner liquid into the child’s food or drink. When I tried this, I found the liquid to be oily and the smell more pronounced — not surprisingly.
What I consider a deal breaker for me is that an adult must take four of the capsules to obtain a dose of 100 mg of phosphatidyl serine. That is the daily dose we currently take. It is much more convenient to take a single gelatin capsule than to ingest four of these pillows.
Our conclusion: we’ll be continuing with our current brand of PS, without the weird shapes and other ingredients we don’t need.

These seem to help a little, but i haven’t noticed anything extreme after taking them.

I was super impressed with these softgels. Babies age 7 months up through adults can use these. With the babies you just twist the end off and squeeze it on their food or in their mouth. The taste is very tolerable and I also loved that they included ingredients for eye health. You use 1 to 3 softgels depending on age. Highly recommend!

My kiddo hasn’t been taking these long enough to realize the full benefits of them, but so far, so good. No ill effects have been had from taking two a day, as recommended.
The bottle arrived very well sealed & has a clear batch number & expiration date of 05/2027 (over 2 1/2 years out) stamped on the bottom of the bottle.
So far, all of the capsules have intact & are smaller, so they’re easy to take. They seem to be of high quality & I can surely recommend them.

The EZZ Smart Clarity Booster is a hit with kids, thanks to its cute fish-shaped capsules! My 12 year old son enjoyed taking them with his morning milk and had no complaints about taste or texture.

The flavor is just nasty. I can’t even describe it. I got this for one of my grand-nieces to try. Disaster time– didn’t know a kid had that much spit in them! And she wouldn’t even touch another serving of chocolate pudding even when I swore I hadn’t put any of the supplement in it.
I tried it myself while she was doing a toothbrushing marathon and I don’t blame her in the least for spitting it out. So a -star because of the flavor, and a second -star because it’s cost/value ratio puts it in the “expensive & probably not worth it” range.
Definitely not for us. Others may not have had this issue

I am changing my rating to one star. These are meant for kids but I got them for myself because they are vegan and so am I. You are meant to twist off the small button and squeeze the innards onto baby’s food or in child’s mouth. The taste is horrible. I tried them one time and they made me gag. The taste is that bad. I threw the entire bottle out into the compost pile. I doubt the wildlife will even eat them.

These pills were completely useless. About the only claim they lived up to was that there wasn’t a fishy smell. Other than that, they were bad on all levels. First of all, the adult dose is 4 capsules/day, which means that one bottle is only a 15 day supply. That’s ridiculous. I took them for a full 15 days, and noticed literally no improvements whatsoever. And, the final annoyance is their shape. They are shaped like little fish, and I assume the purpose of the design is so you can twist the “tail” off and give this to an infant (seems like a thing you shouldn’t do, though, as it hasn’t been reviewed/approved by the FDA). However, the design made these capsules catch uncomfortably in my mouth and stick in my throat. It was thoroughly unpleasant, all the more frustrating because they didn’t help anything at all. I can’t recommend this product.
