I bought the EZY DOSE 3 Compartment Pill Crusher, Cutter a couple months ago. This is the only pill crusher I use. It small enough to fit in your handbag. It cuts the pill in half, you can store medication in it. And best of all it crushes pills. It works great. It leaves them in a fine powder. The only complaint I have is that the pill cutter can break easily. But at the low price it’s so worth buying.

For the longest time I’ve had to cut one of my pills each night with just some sort of blade. This means that there is always this white powder on the side of the table. I am going to college, and did NOT want to have that powder. I have a hunch an RA would not believe me when I say it’s just a pill. This takes away that issue by giving a clean and easy way to cut my pills. Thank you for saving me from looking like I am doing some not so friendly “meds” instead of just the stuff I need to sleep.

This is a nifty product, 4 compartments, one to cut your pill in half, another to use as a cup, another to grind & last to store pills.
Cutting part worked great no issue. The Grinder, however, is not made for all sorts of pills. There are larger white pills like Amoxicillin that it does not have the capability to grind. Smaller pills, softer pills can definitely grind a bit easier. I needed it mainly for the larger pills for my mom but I had to spend time cutting the pill down and putting the smaller pieces to grind which is okay, but just grinding it would have been less messy.
The clean up of the grinder was not simple either. The dust gets into the grinder pieces & you have to dig them out even after washing it. I don’t think it is terrible, it is great in some ways for some pills, but not an easy clean up & not for harder larger pills.

This “tool” was alright. Not good, nor great in my opinion. The pill crusher was okay to use, and did work somewhat well. And it did make life easier to administer medication for my grandmother during her final months. But it did leave residue behind that would have to be cleaned afterwards. Of course that was to be expected! But there would be some residue that would get extremely caked inside the crusher/ grinder, and to get it out you’d have to really get in there and deep clean the crusher! And that wouldn’t matter if you just used it for one medicine only. But I didn’t, I used it for multiple medicine that my grandmother needed, and having them all in a powder form made it easier to do that. But she had multiple medications that could only be taken at certain times throughout the day. And I couldn’t exactly have leftover residue and powder from a medicine that she was supposed to take strictly at a different time. That would possibly be my biggest problem with this tool. Next the storage space for medicine that was offered on this tool wasn’t exactly the biggest. So it would only be able to store two or three pills depending on the size that is. But that aspect is fine and I can’t exactly complain about that. Overall the tool itself is alright and technically does what it’s supposed to and I’m sure the problems I have with it, it’s just a me problem. Imma say if you are looking for something that this tool offers, then why not buy it and see if you like it, or if it suits your needs! Don’t let my mid experience dictate your decision. Because the tool technically does what it’s supposed to.

My days of putting pills in a baggie and smashing it with a hammer are over. Crushes even the tiniest pills.
I use it for my cat to put medicine on its food. Works like a charm! Much safer than using a hammer or something heavy, leaves no residue of medicine so your sure to get the entire dose! I would never go back, Highly recommended, definetly going to by another one for myself.

this is a great pill cutter. i needed to halve some pills and this did it very well without destroying them/completely crushing them up. i am also impressed by how little force you have to use when you squeeze it, so my guess is that it’s arthritis friendly for many. super handy!
