I bought these for an elderly person out of concern that he may either not be taking his meds or worse retake his meds. I did a trial run with initially buying two. Reason first to see if he liked it or not. I filled them with all his meds and had a backup for the following week so he could rotate. After the first week he stated he actually liked them since he now felt confident on whether he took his meds or not. I went back and bought two more, this was mainly for me so I could go several weeks without having to fill meds. This also works to keep track of when you need to refill meds. We are about three weeks into this and it has helped me to know if he has taken all his medications or like has happened he forgot a day and accidentally left one in the container another.
These are fairly large in terms of meds that will fit. These have nice push down buttons to open the med day. These can be taken out of the base which is really nice since the day and night have the same colors with the exception of a sun and moon (kinda hard to see with the tinted color). Only one downside the lids don’t go back that far.
Definitely would recommend these for there larger size, ease of use to get meds out (I can attest since I have put the day in the night and the night in the day time meds and had to switch them to there correct times). Great for family members needing to keep an eye on their aging family member.

I originally bought one of these to use for my dog’s medicines + supplements when she went to the dog sitter’s house. The size is great for her supplements to fit. It’s so easy to use that I now regularly use the same one at home for my own meds when I don’t need it for her stuff. For myself, I like that the 2 lines come out of the tray so I can use just the one at a time or use both in separate places (I like to keep my AM meds upstairs by my bed and my PM meds downstairs in my kitchen). I. just bought a 2nd one now for my elderly grandpa who loves the size + ease of opening. He was struggling with a normal ones to get those open as his hands are starting to struggle with more fine motor things.

This pill caddy is very sturdy. I love how you just press on the closure and the lid pops open for easy access. Then you just press down the lid and is closes with a click. I just needed to switch to a caddy with AM and PM in an effort to remember to take the 2nd dose of one of my meds. It’s working much better for me. I even purchased 2 of these so I can load 2 weeks worth of meds at a time making it even easier for me to maintain. It goes so fast with these easy open compartments. So very much worth every penny spent on them!
Edited review 12/24: I have to take off one star for this product. I purchased 2 of these on 1/23/24 and have been using them ever since. A couple of months ago, several of the pop-up tops cracked on each row of the days of the week and one broke completely. So I cannot use even one of the week’s caddies in it’s original condition. I expected these to last a bit longer than 1 year so I am disappointed with this product and will make sure as I make a new order to replace these, that I choose another brand.

The only thing that bugged me about this pill organizer was that the night/PM side week is in backwards order (but goes in the same direction of the day/AM side). But the tops snap off and I was able to reorder the days to my liking. The button press lids are nice quality and snap closed pretty quietly, and there’s plenty of room for big pills. I also like that the AM and PM sides are detachable from the base.

I love this nicely made pill holder. It has many deep compartments that will hold at least 3/4 month supply! Very easy to open!! I love it!!
