I had read on some random blog that some lady said vitamin A helped the ringing in her ears. I already take tons of supplements and I took a multivitamin with vitamin A in it but I decided to try these too. Over the last year I’ve been on so many supplements that sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s doing what. I do feel better with a lot of my other autoimmune issues, but I can tell you right now at this point anytime I go off these melts my ear ringing comes back really loud. I also use a magnesium lotion on my neck as I believe my neck issues may have something to do with my ear ringing. But the lotion alone doesn’t keep it quiet. Part of the problem with tinnitus is that it’s coming from a lot of different issues so not one thing works for everybody. So if you believe you have your ringing from maybe a neck injury or even if you have it and you don’t know why you have it I would absolutely recommend giving this a shot. There’s now no doubt in my mind that these are the thing that is taking down the noise in my ears. And again I already took a multivitamin so I’m taking a double dose of the stuff and I take flaxseed oil to make sure that it’s clinging to the fat and doing what it supposed to do. I read what the maximum human amount of vitamin A is before it’s toxic and that’s exactly what I’m taking with taking one of these and also my multi vitamin with A in it. I don’t have any of the listed symptoms of toxic A overload and I’ve been taking these for almost a year now. Ringing in your ears it’s so frustrating and I know everybody’s trying everything. I have to say the B vitamins have done absolutely nothing for my ringing, I don’t know why they say B B B? Is anyone out there actually having tinnitus just go away from vitamin B? Not me, but if so good for you. If not, try these. If you don’t already have a multivitamin you need to take two of these a day. Of course ask your doctor… I don’t know what your health situation is and I’m not a doctor. Wish I could find that random blog to thank that lady I would’ve never thought that this would help but somehow it is.

I’ve been deficient on vitamin A for a bit. I have tried different vitamins and they have not worked. These are actually making my numbers go up

This is an easy-to-take and good-tasting pill since you let it dissolve in your mouth. It has a wonderful cherry flavor. I would caution anyone taking Vitamin A, to check with their doctor first and to only take the recommended dose. Vitamin A can be toxic if too much is taken. Be extra cautious if you have children in the home, lock it up or keep it out of reach since it looks and tastes like candy.

I’m not big on chewable pills, so I took it like a regular pill. Has a good taste, smells good to. But it helped me, my eyes was tired feeling, from looking at screens. Cleared up some of my blood vaines in the whites of eyes. Just made my eyes feel better.

Easy to take but taste is bit bitter. And gives me headache if I take full tablet
