I had a really bad flu and could barely eat anything for 2-3 months. As a result, I lost at least half my hair. I ended up chopping over 2 feet off so that the new hair could grow in without looking as awkward. I rocked a short bob for a year while all the baby hair came in. Recently I started growing out the length now that I have all my hair and then some back. I have tried vitamin Bs/fish oil and other type things but I think I like this one best. The taste isn’t great, but it’s palatable. To me, it tastes like a diet kind of drink (which I am not a fan of) but can deal with it for the minute it takes to dissolve. I haven’t noticed a drastic difference in my hair, but I have seen growth in my nails. Its a 90 count and I am about halfway through the bottle. So far so good–I will reorder. Fingers crossed my hair goes through a growth spurt soon. If it does, I will update the review. For the price and taste, I would recommend. Results still coming.
Update. I’ve been taking these fairly consistently. Several times a week (some days I forget to take them) I’ve ordered these 3-4 times. Since this original review my hair has grown well over a foot. Probably closer to 1.5 FT). I also started taking prenatal and gummies for hair/nails. I don’t know if it’s the combo but I don’t want to stop taking these until the desired length in hair (about 6” to go). I still like them and recommend. My hair stylist said that the hair growth is really healthy and strong- I get my roots done/hair trimmed every 5-6 weeks.

I have purchased this biotin 3 times. I take it as suggested and it makes my nails grow like crazy! It increases my hair growth as well. The vitamin tastes good and the flavor is from a natural source. It leaves no weird aftertaste. One bottle lasts 3 months. I highly recommend this brand of biotin.

This is my second time using biotin. the first was a lower potency and you had to take two gummies to get the full serving. I like that i only have to take one of these so this bottle will last for 3 months at this price you can’t beat that. The tablets are tiny and they really do melt in your mouth. They taste good and i am a picky person who hates taking and swallowing pills so the fact that i don’t have to swallow a pill whole and it tastes good while having a high potency is a win for me. I recently cut my waist length hair to a short pixie type cut in December, I have had to cut my hair 6 times to maintain my cut because it is growing so fast and I am cutting half and inch to an inch at each cut, that means i have cut at least 4 inches of hair since december, that is super fast growth and I am not a spring chicken I am in my 40’s. I only had one tiny pimple because I hate water but once i started drinking at least 16 ounces a day I didn’t get any more pimples. I will be trying more of the ez melt products because this biotin is outstanding.

I am no stranger to the brand, EZ Melts & have taken multiple different vitamins for years. The bottles are well sealed ensuring freshness. The expiration date is well out.
The Biotin tablet is to be taken once daily. The tablet dissolves quickly & tastes good.
I specifically take Biotin to help with mild & infrequent hot flashes during the day. My hot flashes are worse at night after going to bed especially if I do not take Biotin. I also want to ensure good muscle & skin health through the use of Biotin.
I do feel that you cannot go wrong when choosing this brand for any of your health needs.

I was really happy with the help this supplement provided me with in order to grow my hair out and also have healthy hair and nails. This supplement is only 5000mcg and even though there are 10000mcg and 12500 mcg products available by other brands, I find this one did not cause any breakouts or upset stomach specifically because of the reasonable dosage. Plus, it was a huge plus that these were quick to melt and that the flavor was mild and not strong or with a horrible after taste like the traditional “horse-pill” supplements I used to take. I stuck with taking 1 a day for the 90 days without breaking up my trial and totally feel I saw expedited if not just healthier growth. Super thankful! Will be purchasing again next time I (inevitably) get a bad haircut 🙂

My husband and I each take 1 of these x3 a week and Biotin really does work. Stronger, faster growing nails, hair, and I assume good for cartilage and bone health too. Since we some Biotin naturally we only take a couple times a week and this works well for us!
