This formula is a glycerine base which makes it a lot better tasting. I previously tried another brand in alcohol tincture and I found it yucky. I mix this with a little apple juice and it kind of tastes like apple pie! After suffering a gallbladder attack, I learned of Chanca Piedra for softening stones prior to a liver/gallbladder flush. I took a week and combined this herb with Stone Free + Malic Acid and it significantly took away the pain I was experiencing. In Moritz’s book, The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush, he mentions this herb. I’m going to use this product for a few months while I continue with the flushes- significant relief!!

Acceptable taste, and appears to work (with kidney stones, you can’t say anything over the short term). I will say this: I’ve been using Chanca Pietra for several years and it has been effective. I like this formulation a lot because it has no alcohol, doesn’t taste bad (while not a great taste, it is mostly neutral and easy to get down), and the consistency of the suspension when shaken makes for predictable dosage.
If you have had to deal with kidney stones, I highly recommend trying this. Drink a LOT of water, take this twice a day (30 drops each time), take well before eating or well after eating, not with food, as it reduces the effectiveness according to the seller). Since using this herbal remedy I have not passed or felt a kidney stone in over 3 years, thank God!
It is worth a try. Just remember to drink as much water as you can stand and take this twice per day, it will give you the best chance you have to avoid the unplesaant experience of kidney stones. My doctor has been impressed enough to tell me to keep taking it. He, of course could not endorse a product like this, but when I suggested not taking it any more, he did not react well. That isn’t an endorsement, to be sure, but it means something, given he doesn’t sell the stuff >

I bought the same version of this company’s concoction for gall stones – exactly the same ingredients, just a different label.
Did nothing at all to reduce the size of, or eliminate, my gallstone. Can’t say if it works for kidney stones as I didn’t buy it for that use as I didn’t have kidney stones. Be advised that kidney stones and gall stones are composed of entirely different materials so it may work for kidney stones, I don’t know but it’s worth a try.

Very surprised it did not taste bad at all. I got this be uses I was having symptoms of a uti and I went to the doctor and was told I had crystals in my urine which is indicative of kidney stones. So my doctor wanted me to have a CT scan done and I was reluctant bc I wasn’t having excruciating pain. I definitely couldn’t afford to have that done song starting researching and came across this. Although my symptoms were relieved with antibiotics I am still using this just in case bc I am still having a back ache. I took this only once so far and the ache has subsided. I will be using this if I ever have this happen again.

My boy got a bladder stone which completely plugged him up. It was on a Friday so I had no choice, but to have the vet clear it out. I refused to do an unnecessary surgery on my boy so the vet inserted a catheter and flushed it back up into his bladder as a temporary measure until I could get this delivered. Of course I had to listen to a lecture about how much my dog was worth and if I REALLY wanted to rely on something that wasn’t FDA approved. I chuckled and said you still don’t know me very well if you think I’ll ever opt for surgery over a Holistic remedy. He always forgets all the times he’s told me a dog needed surgery for this or that and every time I heal them 10 times better and faster than any surgery he could ever do. Only thing I ever use a vet for is Csections. Anyway, first I ordered a couple other brands, the first one ended up taking three days to come instead of two so I ordered another one and both were SO horrible tasting my dog would run when he saw me coming with it. Then he would foam and drool at the mouth and try to spit it out and was just miserable it was so horrible tasting. I saw in a review when looking for an alternative that this one wasn’t nearly as bad tasting as some others so sent off for it right away. He still runs, lol, but it isn’t nearly the ordeal and he doesn’t have drool stringing from his mouth from trying to get rid of it after wards. .02 cc and a treat and he is good to go, no problem. It’s been a week now and he’s peeing just fine! YAY! I’ll continue dosing multiple times a day for a couple more weeks and then back off to just once a day for maintenance to make sure they never come back along with other supplements to prevent them like Choline and B Complex.

I had this one kidney stone that moved into my bladder 2 weeks ago causing sharp pain nonstop. I’ve tried drinking organic apple cider vinegar (which worked in the past passing a 10mm), but it didn’t help this time. In my desperation, I came across to this product and ordered it. It arrived at my house on the next day.
After my first cup of water with 60 drops of this product (tastes like green tea), the sharp pain turned into a dull pain within an hour. As directed, 4 hours later, I drank 2nd cup with 60 drops and the pain started diminishing slowly. I drank another cup the next day morning and by then, the pain was almost gone, but I could still feel some pain when I was urinating. 30 hours later in total (6 cups w/ 60 drops each), I passed my kidney stone (3 mm). This stone didn’t have any sharp edges/thorns and much more rounder shape. I’m pretty sure this herb took care of sharp edges and reduced the size. The relief I felt afterwards was tremendously peaceful.
I’m planning to do maintenance from now on, a cup of water with 40 drops twice a day. I’m pretty sure there are more stones in the kidney that are ready to come out. I want next event to be painless.
60 drops every 4 hours sounds like a lot, but so far, I’ve only used 1/5 of the bottle.
