Depending on the dosage of grapefruit seed extract you should have, this bottle might do the trick for you.
At 150 mg per milliliter (1 dropper), I found this serving size to only do 1/4 of what I can get from a capsule (600 mg).
For starters, the tincture is thick in nature, so getting a full measure can be tricky (especially if you’re at the bottom of the bottle). I usually mix the tincture with one short glass of room-temperature water or tea. I however, don’t recommend juice, since one of the main reasons you might need this is to treat candida.
All in all, presentation is nice and it does the job right, but if you need 500 mg or more, you might need to use 20+ oz of water or it might be too bitter.

Lots of water and more exercise have already been in the mix, but I picked up this grapefruit seed extract to help give a little daily boost. It’s really easy to add in a dropper to my water that I add flavor enhancer to and is barely noticeable. It’s more noticeable in plain water as that’s the only taste you get. It’s important to note that this is grapefruit SEED extract, not grapefruit, so it has more of a bitter taste and is very dark. This company has great manufacturing practices and quality expectations, which is important to me for any consumable product.

I bought this Nature’s Craft Grapefruit Seed Extract to see if it would be comparable to my usual brand in case I needed an alternative. Unfortunately, I did not find it to measure up but I’ll give the the pros and cons so you can make your own choice.
On the positive side, this product:

* lot and expiration date are marked on bottom of bottle
* bottle arrives safety sealed
On the negative side, this product lists supplement facts that are dependent on using 1mL of liquid, which it describes as “1 dropper”. That measurement is marked on the dropper but, even when the bottle was full, I was not able to draw a full mL into the dropper with a single squeeze. I find that less user friendly than my usual brand which specifies a number of drops of liquid to use to get a specified potency. Likewise, this product contains grapefruit seed extract, vegetable glycerin, and purified water. My usual brand does not include the purified water and has a better potency to price ratio.
Taking into account the difficulty with accurate dosing, as well the pricing and potency issues, I will not likely buy this again. It seems to be a good product, but I think there are better options.

The taste completely disappears in my iced coffee, so that will be convenient for me to take. It’s in a glycerin base, not alcohol, so it doesn’t mess with the taste of food in general, however you should be sure to keep using it after you open it as it may not stay safe as long. I really love bioflavonoids and have personally found them very helpful.
If you have preexisting low BP, you should monitor it. Take away from iron supplement as it may lower uptake. All grapefruit supplements and grapefruit itself can have interactions with other things you may be taking so you could check on that before starting this. Depending on why you are taking this, you may want to take 3 doses a day, in which case the bottle will last for less time.
The only negative I can find is the dropped doesn’t actually fill up all the way, so for the measurement you will need to pay attention to the markings and do half twice. I also find the pricing structure of the different bottle sizes to be strange and nonsensical.
