I tend to get ill easily so I always keep this on hand, usually in capsules. First time, I purchased in liquid. Goldenseal has been proven to streghten immune systems and what better time to do that than now? I purchased two different brands to give a try. This item is helping me stay safe when going to work in current climate. Disclaimer: nothing fully protects you from colds, bacteria or virus. This just helps your immune system out, as in washing your hands and socially disctancing dows. However, the taste is terrible; it is bitter. I tried alone in water-yuck! In iced tea a bit better and much better in cola.

I used golden seal for years in capsules and liquid like this. I was having a health problems that the doctor couldn’t help me. Spend so much money with the doctors until reading a health book I found the benefits of golden seal. I only use it when I am sick and stop as so I am better. If you have a cold, flu, gastric like me it will work. Now this is a natural supplement and it will take a while but you will get results. Check the size effects to make sure you won’t have a problem. With me it works.

“Nature’s antibiotic” and it works!!! My husband and I both had strep last week and started taking this three times a day as instructed and within two days we could feel a huge difference in our throats. I know you’re probably wondering my I just didn’t take a prescription but I really dislike actively putting chemicals labeled as ‘medicine’ in my body. Started doing research and found this. Not going to lie I was a little skeptical because I grew up hearing the only antibiotic was the kind the doctor prescribed you, but after taking this with STREP and it went away! Thank you Lord for creating this amazing plant to help up naturally! Also, my daughter was struggling with cellulitis, and we were giving her a prescription antibacterial but we ran out and started giving her only a third of the recommended dose of goldenseal once a day and it cleared up in a two days.
However, I would suggest taking it in the form of a pill, since it has a terrible taste. We tried it with multiple kinds of juice and grape was the best at covering it up but you can still taste it. My daughter doesn’t mind the taste but she doesn’t know anything she’s one. It’s really hard to take for the rest of the family. We have about half a bottle left but we have been using it very often this past week, so I think this is great value but I will be buying the pill form. I would highly recommend buying this if you’re looking for a cheaper, natural alternative to antibiotics.
