I’m challenged with averting apartment neighbors who smoke. While they are on lease to not smoke in the unit, we have unique circumstances that challenge this addiction: outside decks under reconstruction, rainy/gray/chilly weather, no outside shelter for smokers to use. As an x-smoker, I am highly allergic to secondhand smoke. I’m trying all natural options as I’ve lost lung capacity since this summer’s smoking debacle. The taste isn’t bad … so far so good! This product really works; however, I’ve found if you take too much of it (even at recommended dosage) you can become dehydrated so be careful with that.

It says to use this product 1 to 3 times a day. Unless you have a tremendous amount of problems with phlegm, that’s a lot of use. I use it at night about an hour before I go to bed and I only apply one dropper full. But it clears out my sinuses and reduces the amount of phlegm in my throat so that when I sleep, I’m not constantly having to clear my throat. It’s a good product and works the way it is claimed to. The taste is pretty tough and very bitter. I don’t put it in juice or anything else. I just take A swig of water afterwards. The flavor dissipates quickly.

I won’t lie, I did see this product and what they claim it does for us. So I researched and found this type to be the more beneficial way to go. And this brand provided an excellent product, so glad I purchased this!! It has helped, not a full on crazy effect but one that last and you can tell it’s doing its thing. ^_~/)*
