I’ve used Kyolic for many years now. It’s great. This is a review for the seller. All the boxes I ordered had a sticky orangey residue on all the boxes of Kyolic. So gross. It’s as if someone spilled their fruit smoothie in the shipping box. Contacted Amazon but they said it was past the return date? Doesn’t make sense to me since I only ordered it last week and received it just a few days ago. So disappointed. And it was not cheap. I ordered 12 boxes and all 12 boxes had this sticky residue, not just outside but inside too. Ugh.

I always keep Kyolic in the house. I even travel with it. It’s a terrific antibiotic without the bad side effects of pharmaceutical antibiotics. Most recently, I used it when I had a cold that developed into a bacterial infection in my lungs. I use it just like any other antibiotic–a squirt 3 times a day, about every 8 hours f or at least 10 days. Though in the case of this infection, I took it for about a month–one week past all the symptoms disappearing.
I’ve been very successful in using it with my cats. One cat came home with a cut in her throat–I think that she had a bad experience with a raccoon or coyote. It was so deep that we could hear the air coming in and out of her windpipe as if she had had a tracheotomy. I put Kyolic in her wet meat twice a day and swabbed her cut with a cotton ball with some drops of Kyolic on it. She recovered completely.
Another cat got a urinary tract infection. With males, this can be fatal, and we would have taken the cat to the vet. But ours is a female and lower risk. I decided to try Kyolic before trying the vet. This cat was a feral kitten, and is completely traumatized by vets. I also hoped to avoid the bad side effects of antibiotics. I put Kyolic in my cat’s food twice a day. She recovered slowly but completely. I was thrilled because urinary tract infections are sometimes a recurrent problem. But she hasn’t had a recurrence, and it’s been over a year.
As a note, she’s 9-years-old and had never been sick before. I realized that I had changed her food and that was likely the cause of her infection. For years I had given her a combination of ground raw organ meats (her favorite meat) and non-grain kibble. She thrived on this. Then, for a few months, I drifted into feeding her ground raw muscle meat along with the non-grain kibble. Here’s the amazing part, when I started feeding her this way, she would come over to me after eating and act like she wanted more food. I would put out more food, but she wouldn’t eat it. When she got the urinary tract infection, I realized that the cause of the infection might have been the lack of organ meats.
So, I changed back to raw organ meats, which she seemed to be delighted by. She stopped coming to me after finishing her meal asking for more. And, with the help of the Kyolic, as I say, she recovered completely. I think that during the months that I stopped feeding her organ meats, she wasn’t getting the nutrients that she needed. So, she wasn’t satisfied by her meals and would ask me for something else after she finished eating. Possibly, the urinary tract infection might have recurred were she not now getting the nutrition that she needs.

I have Been using this garlic brand for years. I buy capsules to put this and another garlic brand in. I would recommend buying capsules. Makes it so much easier to take without giving you garlic breath

It is hard to get the benefits of garlic without stinking like garlic. This accomplishes both. I store it in a zip lock bag between uses or my kitchen smells like garlic. When you use it though it doesn’t come out of your pores like regular garlic.

You may hate the taste but the heat benefits are worth it ! I’ve been taking this brand for years and was happy to find it on amazon. I purchased the two pack . Shipping was family fast ..
No this doesn’t have a pleasant taste but it’s garlic so that’s to be expected .
The bottles lasts a while even tho they seem small .

I use this everyday with a few drops in my water to keep my blood pressure down and it honestly works.. I drink one glass in the morning and one in the evening
