I’ve been using this for years and have no adverse affects from it. Normally make milk thistle tea, but this has replaced that morning tea ritual. It’s faster to take this and I don’t really care for tea that much anyway.

Writing a review for Milk Thistle, or any other supplement, is not as easy as I’m making it look. Let’s start by mentioning my fiance purchased this, however I feel qualified to provide the review because she forces me to take it daily.
Shipping/Packaging: Arrived on time and no concerns with the box it came in.
Quality: I’m not a doctor or a chemist, but any vitamin or supplement in liquid form and comes with a dropper is more than like good quality. The liquid looks ok.
Taste: You ever mix Garden weeds, rum and bland chocolate? It’s kind of like that. It’s not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
Overall value: Good. If you need or want Milk Thistle the I would say that you should be satisfied with this product. 😉

I started looking into milk thistle because of its various health benefit and one clear difference I saw after day 1 was my milk production! This benefit was not even on my radar, but it was pleasantly surprise! However it does taste REALLY BAD😅 it is worth it but definitely take it like a shot!

I use this product along with the Dandelion extract daily . When I have any digestive issues I take these and it almost always resolves the symptoms within 30 min . I can only speak for myself but I am amazed at how helpful these two extracts are for my digestive health

I’ve used a lot of different Tinctures over the years and I thought this one was very mild in taste. I did see when added to water it looked like I added smoke to the water, a white looking cloud floating around. I stirred it a little and it was fine. That was what happened when added to room temp or cold water. I like to add tinctures to warm or hot Tea especially when they have Alcohol base. It seems to burn off some of the bad taste associated with the alcohol. I like the alcohol ones better since I think they last longer as for freshness.
I will see how this effects me by taking it for the next week everyday and I’ll be back to give another review. 4 stars so far, it arrived in good condition, tasted fine, price was good.
They should wrap the bottles instead of just throwing 4 glass bottles into one box with a peace of plastic on top. I was surprised they where not broken when I got the first batch.
Time will tell as for the effects.
