I have been using Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed) to help me with my Testosterone levels as they have been clinically low, but also to assist in lowering my Cortisol level; which is an antagonist to Testosterone. So, I am 42 years old and 7 months ago I had a hysterectomy. I still have my ovaries but for some reason, my desire for intimacy vanished. If anyone thinks there is a “magic pill” that you swallow and poof your are excited, they are in dream land. While it does give you heightened sensitivity and making you more aware of your sensual parts, you still need to work at it. Foreplay, visual aids, caressing, touching but this product does put you in the mood to make all that happen. Whereas before, without the pill, I had no desire to be touched.

We use this as part of our regimen. Both of us are in our mid 40’s and we could feel the beginning of aging. We take this along with Stinging nettle root and several anti-oxidants. My wife was very skeptical at first because of the number of pills but after a month we could both feel and see a difference. Her breasts had been slightly deflated and nipples never got erect. Sex drive was very diminished for her and for me it was a little work to get ‘ready’ Now her breasts have plumped up like they were 20 years ago and all other performance indicators have rolled back to young levels as well. Let’s be frank; if you’re taking something going by HORNY goat weed, chances are you’re looking for some extra bang in the bedroom, right? After draining the bottle over the last month to no effect, I did a little research into dosage and came across a possible reason. The recommended “actual pure Icaiin flavonols” dosage (the stuff that supposedly makes Horny Goat Weed effective) is 400mg- 600mg per day. Guess how many you get in a 2-tablet serving? TEN milligrams. Out of 1000mg extract of Horny Goat Weed, you get 10mg of what actually counts.
Bless them for admitting only a 1% purity, but seriously, save your money and look for something that actually has what matters in it.
