I have a hard time taking this because it tastes so bad. I mix this with about 6 oz of water to help the taste not be as potent. Once I am able to drink this I have found with me that it helps with energy better than most supplements and other things I have taken. Overall a great product but I wish that it tasted better.

Okay for any fellow caffeine addicts out there, with managed expectations this could be a great alternative. I’m at the stage where coffee gives me that good boost in the morning still but not for very long. This product gives a different experience. If you pay attention to your energy or mood when you drink coffee, sometimes you can feel when it hits you. This was no different but it’s way more subtle. So you have to pay attention closely to yourself.
I mixed mine in water and sipped it relatively slow just like I do with my coffee. About halfway through I notice the sort of cloudiness I have In the morning disappeared so subtly I almost didn’t realize it. For several hours after I had good energy and no jitters. Or crash like with coffee. Everyone is different of course but this is my honest and true experience.
One other thing to consider. I had a power outage one day that left me coffee-less. I do not buy coffee from chains so that wasn’t an option. This product got me thru that long day of no electricity from 6am to 3pm.
By all accounts this is a high quality product. It’s priced that way too. For me i think having these around and possibly adding it into your weekly regiment might be very beneficial from my experience. Even better if you find them on sale.
Taste is a big thing for many people. To me it doesn’t matter unless it’s absolutely horrible, which this is not. If I feel the need I add a little sugar to my mix and it makes it better.
Overall I hope you can relate to perspective and I was somewhat helpful. Although this isn’t the caffeine fix we chase all day, it was sufficient in replacing it and performed almost as good if not better in its own way.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
This comes in a small (about 6″ tall), sturdy cardboard box that has six smaller boxes in it, made from what normal supplement boxes are made of, only higher quality. Each of these smaller boxes has 10 packets of liquid in it, about 1/3 ounce each.
There are 60 packets in the box.
The expiration date on mine is Mar 11, 2026, so a little less than two years from now.
You can drink straight from the packet, or add it to some water to temper the flavor a bit. It has a strong herbal flavor with an aftertaste that lasts, so some people will prefer to add it to water.
I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says Made in Korea. The product page says 3rd-party inspections, and they look pretty extensive.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their jungkwanjang site (dot us, not com) is functional and informative. I recommend looking at this site and the product page to learn more about the quality product, and processing that goes into it; at least in part why it’s the #1 ginseng brand in the world. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but it has a strong impact on my wife almost immediately.
