I read about this in a Bronchiectasis support group online. My symptoms are not as bad as many others but I thought I would try it out. This stuff really tastes pretty good. I have been taking it and have no problems with it.
I might save some and wait for a flare up to see how well it does.

This supplement contains a variety of plant extracts with lots of potential. While I have to do more research on some of the ingredients, I think the inclusion of turmeric, olive leaf extract, elderberry, and other well-studied herbs makes this supplement a promising addition to my plant-based diet. And I find the taste palatable.

The pineapple flavoring is delicious but strong, particularly when taken orally. However, I experimented by adding the drops to various drinks and could barely notice the taste, which is good since pineapple-flavored coffee doesn’t sound terribly appealing. However, as others have mentioned it’s difficult to get the correct serving size due to the poor quality of the dropper. Not a dealbreaker, just a mild annoyance.
Because supplements can vary wildly in terms of noticing results, I kept a small journal while taking these to note any changes to my general health. Unfortunately, while the drops are yummy there appeared to be no benefit whatsoever taking them. Your results may vary, of course, but considering the price and lack of results I would not try these again.

I can’t speak to the efficacy of this product yet. I can say that it is a sweet tincture that tastes like artificial pineapple and sugar. I don’t really notice any other flavors. My only issue is that the dose is supposed to be 2.0 ml, but no matter how I tried I could not get the dropper to pull more than 0.5 ml. So I have to dip into the bottle four times with the dropper to get the recommended full dose. Not a big deal I guess, just slightly annoying. The product was well packaged, well sealed and undamaged, with a best buy date well into the future.

It’s really difficult to review a product like this that I’ve only been taking for a few days. Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks to really see the effects something like these drops. I can say that there have been no bad reactions thus far; it’s a beautiful holistic blend. I’ve been putting the tincture in my coffee and tea and although the flavor is pineapple, I can’t taste it. I’m glad for that because I can’t imagine pineapple coffee would taste very good! The issue I have with this is that the dropper is not functional for the recommended 1ml amount. The suction of the dropper is quite weak and will only suck up about 1/2 of that. I end up doing two separate droppers to get that recommended dose.
Another concern is that I don’t like postings that are misleading. This listing does not say that this is a Chinese company and I’m sure their regulations are very different than USA (if they have any at all). This is what I found online regarding the company with the same distribution address as that listed on the bottle:
